基于Flexsim的鄭州某制藥廠入庫業(yè)務的仿真與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經濟的發(fā)展,我國的制造業(yè)有著突飛猛進的發(fā)展,醫(yī)藥產業(yè)也有著前所未有的發(fā)展。醫(yī)藥體制改革的不斷深入,我國醫(yī)藥流通行業(yè)的競爭也日趨激烈。為了在新形勢下改善醫(yī)藥流通,提高醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)的競爭力,我國大多數(shù)大型的醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)選擇了整合企業(yè)物流資源,大力發(fā)展醫(yī)藥物流。 倉儲作為醫(yī)藥物流的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),引起了國內外的關注。倉儲是供應鏈上下游的中轉站,他主要包括了出庫、入庫、存儲、揀選、包裝、分發(fā)和信息處理等幾個方面的功能。在這里,入庫是倉儲活動中最基本的功能,但是傳統(tǒng)的倉儲管理水平比較落后,現(xiàn)在的管理水平已經自動化,比傳統(tǒng)方式有了很大的提升。怎么判斷入庫作業(yè)流程是否合理高效,本文運用了仿真的技術,從而再現(xiàn)制藥廠的入庫業(yè)務流程。 系統(tǒng)仿真技術是目前應用比較廣泛的物流系統(tǒng)研究方法,其主要優(yōu)勢在于不需要實際制定實施方案,不需要實際耗費時間、人力、物力等資源即可驗證業(yè)務流程的虛擬實施效果和比較相關方案的優(yōu)劣。系統(tǒng)仿真技術主要用于工程建設或作業(yè)流程的計劃階段發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題。因此,它對降低整個物流成本、提高物流效率起到非常重要的作用。 基于此,本文首先概述了倉儲管理的定義、內容與流程等。其次介紹了系統(tǒng)仿真的相關理論,確定使用Flexsim建模方法。之后對Flexsim仿真軟件作了簡要的介紹,通過對制藥廠的配送中心的入庫環(huán)節(jié)進行仿真實驗,從而來優(yōu)化藥品配送中心的入庫業(yè)務流程。再次,根據(jù)對制藥廠物流入庫業(yè)務進行全面分析,在此基礎上運用Flexism仿真技術對其入庫業(yè)務進行仿真研究,并發(fā)現(xiàn)不足之處。最后提出優(yōu)化方案,并通過仿真檢驗優(yōu)化結果,驗證優(yōu)化方案的可行性和有效性,從而提高藥品的入庫效率,改善藥品的入庫管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of our country's economy, the manufacturing industry of our country has developed by leaps and bounds, and the medicine industry has also had the unprecedented development. With the deepening of the reform of pharmaceutical system, the competition of pharmaceutical circulation industry in China is becoming more and more fierce. In order to improve pharmaceutical circulation and improve the competitiveness of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in the new situation, most large pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in China have chosen to integrate enterprise logistics resources and vigorously develop pharmaceutical logistics. As a key link of medical logistics, warehousing has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign. Warehousing is a upstream and downstream transit station in the supply chain. It mainly includes the functions of exit, storage, picking, packaging, distribution and information processing. Here, storage is the most basic function in the storage activities, but the traditional storage management level is relatively backward, now the management level has been automated, which has been greatly improved compared with the traditional way. How to judge whether the warehousing operation process is reasonable and efficient, this paper uses the simulation technology, so as to reproduce the storage business process of pharmaceutical factory. System simulation technology is a widely used research method of logistics system at present. Its main advantage is that it does not need to make the actual implementation plan, does not need the actual time and manpower, Resources such as material resources can verify the virtual implementation of business processes and compare the merits and demerits of related schemes. The system simulation technology is mainly used to discover and solve problems in the planning stage of engineering construction or operation flow. Therefore, it plays a very important role in reducing the whole logistics cost and improving logistics efficiency. Based on this, this paper first outlines the definition, content and flow of warehouse management. Secondly, the related theory of system simulation is introduced, and the modeling method of Flexsim is determined. After that, the Flexsim simulation software is introduced briefly, and through the simulation experiment on the storage link of the distribution center of pharmaceutical factory, the business flow of the medicine distribution center is optimized. Thirdly, according to the comprehensive analysis of the pharmaceutical factory logistics storage business, on the basis of this, the Flexism simulation technology is used to simulate the storage business, and find out the shortcomings. Finally, the optimization scheme is put forward, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme are verified by simulation results, so as to improve the efficiency of drug storage and the management of drug storage.
