【摘要】：醫(yī)藥行業(yè)是一個(gè)國(guó)家的重要支柱行業(yè)。他為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，以及保護(hù)和增進(jìn)國(guó)民健康、提高生活質(zhì)量等均有十分重要的作用。醫(yī)藥行業(yè)是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中增長(zhǎng)最快的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。而我國(guó)又是世界上增長(zhǎng)最快的醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)。雖然，我國(guó)醫(yī)藥銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)行情逐年利好，但傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)藥批發(fā)模式存在著購(gòu)銷(xiāo)脫節(jié)，中間環(huán)節(jié)多，周轉(zhuǎn)慢，效率低，成本高的弊端。 利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)實(shí)施醫(yī)藥物流，世界上美國(guó)、日本等已取得成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也己成為國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，在政府的大力支持和引導(dǎo)下，近幾年，我國(guó)的第三方物流企業(yè)得到了空前的發(fā)展。 針對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)藥物流的運(yùn)作主體都是由藥品制造商、批發(fā)商、零售商各自完成，不能發(fā)揮現(xiàn)代物流的優(yōu)勢(shì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)藥品快速有效地流動(dòng)。RD公司正是基于此考慮進(jìn)入醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)。本文針對(duì)RD公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，結(jié)合我國(guó)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的物流模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，確定了RD公司醫(yī)藥物流發(fā)展的運(yùn)作模式是采用第三方醫(yī)藥物流營(yíng)運(yùn)模式。并且具體闡述了RD公司第三方醫(yī)藥物流運(yùn)作方式、運(yùn)作策略、實(shí)施階段以及公司的組織保障。 論文關(guān)于RD醫(yī)藥物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展模式的分析及建議對(duì)RD公司的發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry is an important pillar industry of a country. He plays an important role in the development of national economy, the protection and promotion of national health and the improvement of quality of life. Pharmaceutical industry is one of the fastest-growing sunrise industries in the world economy. China is also the fastest growing pharmaceutical market in the world. Although the market of medicine sales in our country is favorable year by year, the traditional wholesale mode of medicine has the disadvantages of disjointed purchase and sale, many intermediate links, slow turnover, low efficiency and high cost. Using modern information technology to implement pharmaceutical logistics, the United States and Japan in the world have gained successful experience, and have also become the development direction of domestic pharmaceutical circulation enterprises. With the strong support and guidance of the government, in recent years, The third party logistics enterprise of our country got unprecedented development. In view of the fact that the main operating bodies of Chinese pharmaceutical logistics are all completed by pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, it is impossible to give full play to the advantages of modern logistics and to realize the rapid and effective flow of drugs. Rd company is based on this consideration to enter the pharmaceutical logistics industry. In view of the strategic goal of Rd company and the current situation of the development of logistics mode in pharmaceutical industry in China, this paper determines that the operation mode of pharmaceutical logistics development of Rd company is to adopt the third party medical logistics operation mode. And elaborated Rd company third party medicine logistics operation way, the operation strategy, the implementation stage as well as the company organization safeguard concretely. The analysis and suggestion of the development strategy and development mode of Rd pharmaceutical logistics company are of certain guiding significance to the development of R D company.
