【摘要】:在全球一體化的今天,世界市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入變熱白熱化階段,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式也已經(jīng)由企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),發(fā)展為供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),供應(yīng)鏈的管理越來(lái)越受到各行各業(yè)的重視,通過(guò)供應(yīng)鏈管理水平的提高使企業(yè)和產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷提升,其中汽車(chē)行業(yè)因其組織結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、同時(shí)兼具資本密集、技術(shù)密集、勞動(dòng)力密集的三大特征而成為最具代表性的行業(yè)。 本文選擇一汽-大眾公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理作為研究?jī)?nèi)容,分五個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行論述;第一章為緒論,首先介紹汽車(chē)行業(yè)總體現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì);其次分別對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈管理、汽車(chē)行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的概念進(jìn)行界定;最后對(duì)一汽-大眾公司及其供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹。從第二章到第四章分別論述一汽-大眾公司的管理現(xiàn)狀、管理問(wèn)題和管理策略,每一章都從一汽-大眾公司的商務(wù)流管理、實(shí)物流管理、成本控制、信息與知識(shí)管理四個(gè)方面分節(jié)進(jìn)行論述。其中第四章通過(guò)對(duì)豐田公司供應(yīng)鏈管理策略的分析和總結(jié),給出一汽-大眾公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理策略的建議。第五章通過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理規(guī)律及經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),,以期更好的應(yīng)用于企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理活動(dòng)之中。
[Abstract]:In today's global integration, the competition in the world market has entered the stage of becoming hot and intense, and the competition mode has also developed from the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chains and supply chains. The management of supply chain is paid more and more attention by various industries. Through the improvement of the level of supply chain management, the competitiveness of enterprises and products is constantly improved, among which the automobile industry is characterized by its complex organizational structure, capital-intensive and technology-intensive at the same time. The three characteristics of labor-intensive become the most representative industry. In this paper, FAW-VW supply chain management is selected as the research content, which is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which firstly introduces the overall situation and development trend of automobile industry; secondly, it introduces the supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain management and supply chain management. The concept of automobile supply chain is defined, and the composition of FAW-VW and its supply chain is briefly introduced. From the second to the fourth chapters, respectively, the management status, management problems and management strategies of FAW-VW Company are discussed. In each chapter, the business flow management, physical flow management, cost control of FAW-VW Company are discussed. Four aspects of information and knowledge management are discussed. The fourth chapter gives the suggestions of FAW-VW supply chain management strategy by analyzing and summarizing the supply chain management strategy of Toyota Company. The fifth chapter summarizes the rules and experiences of supply chain management in order to better apply to the supply chain management activities of enterprises.
