【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,自從2000年之后,IT業(yè)有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,電腦的普及已經(jīng)成為每個(gè)家庭的必需電器。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)則是其中必不可少的承載工具,速度的不斷提升,迫使電腦硬件的不斷升級(jí)都是相互促進(jìn)了IT業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展。 本文主要采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的思路,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外在商業(yè)模式、全面營(yíng)銷、客戶關(guān)系管理方面的理論研究成果,輔以蘋果公司本土化商業(yè)模式應(yīng)用的管理實(shí)際,靠規(guī)范研究與比較研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)商業(yè)模式的理論基礎(chǔ)等理論的梳理,從中尋求結(jié)合機(jī)會(huì),探尋一般規(guī)律和觀點(diǎn),提煉理論適用理論與觀點(diǎn)。本研究旨在探討適用于蘋果公司的中國(guó)本土化商業(yè)模式改進(jìn)策略。本研究運(yùn)用全面營(yíng)銷理論、創(chuàng)造創(chuàng)新性營(yíng)銷管理以及顧客價(jià)值等相關(guān)理論,探討當(dāng)前蘋果公司所采取的商業(yè)模式,以及為了適應(yīng)中國(guó)市場(chǎng),蘋果在現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式上進(jìn)行的一系列適用于中國(guó)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的改進(jìn),成功的利用蘋果模式迅速占領(lǐng)中國(guó)市場(chǎng),結(jié)合蘋果公司在適用于中國(guó)市場(chǎng)策略調(diào)整,通過理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方式,提出適合于蘋果公司的中國(guó)市場(chǎng)商業(yè)模式改進(jìn)方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the IT industry has developed rapidly since 2000. The popularization of computer has become a necessary electrical appliance for every family. And the network is one of the indispensable carrying tools, the speed of continuous improvement, forcing the continuous upgrading of computer hardware is to promote the continuous development of the IT industry. This paper mainly adopts the idea of combining theory with practice, draws lessons from the theoretical research results of commercial model, comprehensive marketing and customer relationship management at home and abroad, and complements the management practice of the application of local business model of Apple Corporation. By the method of combining normative research with comparative research, through combing the theory of business model and so on, we seek the opportunity to combine, explore the general law and viewpoint, and refine the applicable theory and viewpoint of the theory. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies for the improvement of Chinese localization business model for Apple. Using the theory of comprehensive marketing to create innovative marketing management and customer value, this study explores the current business model adopted by Apple and to adapt to the Chinese market. Apple has made a series of improvements to the Chinese consumer market that apply to its existing business model, successfully using the Apple model to quickly capture the Chinese market, and combining with Apple's strategy adjustment for the Chinese market. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper puts forward a plan of improving the Chinese business model suitable for Apple.
