【摘要】：2011年以來,受國際金融危機(jī)以及貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的影響,中國光伏制造行業(yè)處在嚴(yán)重低迷時(shí)期,形勢嚴(yán)峻。光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)園是光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要載體,是推動(dòng)光伏科技進(jìn)步的核心力量,是地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力源。如何推動(dòng)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)園的健康成長是光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的重大問題。 當(dāng)前,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展已成為一個(gè)重要趨勢。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展最大的好處是獲得規(guī)模效益,降低企業(yè)成本,提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群能夠有效地促進(jìn)技術(shù)升級(jí),進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。 因此本文基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的視角對(duì)常州天合光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析,探討了其形成機(jī)制并研究了光伏園區(qū)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的策略條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了常州天合光伏園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新,并從創(chuàng)新資源和創(chuàng)新主體兩個(gè)角度指出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展路徑。最后從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的角度研究了天合光伏園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的升級(jí),并探討了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的方向,通過優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈兩個(gè)方向推動(dòng)天合園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的升級(jí),從而帶動(dòng)區(qū)域光伏經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, under the influence of the international financial crisis and trade protectionism, China's photovoltaic manufacturing industry is in a severe downturn, the situation is grim. Photovoltaic industry park is an important carrier for the development of photovoltaic industry, the core force to promote the progress of photovoltaic science and technology, and the power source for regional economic development. How to promote the healthy growth of photovoltaic industry park is a major problem for the sustainable development of photovoltaic industry. At present, the development of industrial clusters has become an important trend. The biggest advantage of industrial cluster development is to obtain scale benefit, reduce enterprise cost and improve enterprise innovation ability. Industrial clusters can effectively promote technological upgrading, and then promote industrial upgrading and industrial structure adjustment. Therefore, this paper analyzes the development of Changzhou Tianhe Photovoltaic Industrial Park from the perspective of industrial cluster, probes into its formation mechanism and studies the strategic conditions for the development of industry cluster. On this basis, the paper discusses the innovation of Changzhou Tianhe Photovoltaic Park industrial cluster, and points out the corresponding development path from the two angles of innovation resources and innovation subject. Finally, from the perspective of industry chain, the paper studies the upgrading of Tianhe photovoltaic Park industrial cluster, and discusses the direction of industrial cluster upgrading, through optimizing the industrial chain and extending the industrial chain to promote the upgrading of Tianhe Park industrial cluster. Thus driving the growth of regional photovoltaic economy.
