【摘要】：我國汽車零部件制造企業(yè)面臨著日趨嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)�？傮w來說，國際品牌的汽車零部件在品質(zhì)上優(yōu)于國內(nèi)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造的產(chǎn)品，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力上也強(qiáng)于國內(nèi)企業(yè)。因此國內(nèi)企業(yè)要引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的管理方式，，努力提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本論文基于DF汽車傳動(dòng)軸有限公司的案例，探討其推進(jìn)方針管理的策略，本研究有利于該公司提升公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，也為其他汽車零部件企業(yè)的管理方法策略選擇提供借鑒意義。 方針管理是企業(yè)為實(shí)現(xiàn)中長期目標(biāo)為目的，結(jié)合年度經(jīng)營方針，充分調(diào)動(dòng)職工積極性，將目標(biāo)值層層細(xì)化展開加以落實(shí)的一種科學(xué)管理方法。本論文在方針管理的理論基礎(chǔ)，以及對(duì)汽車零部件行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，以DF汽車傳動(dòng)軸有限公司為案例，分析其方針管理實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀，包括推行過程中的問題和原因分析，最后提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。 本論文研究結(jié)果表明，推行方針管理首先是注重持續(xù)改善管理理念，要設(shè)定具有挑戰(zhàn)性的目標(biāo)為工作指向。其次是強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)化流程管理的重要性，要建立好流程化的數(shù)據(jù)管理才能最終將方針管理的各項(xiàng)工作落到實(shí)處。第三是要將關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標(biāo)與方針目標(biāo)進(jìn)行緊密的結(jié)合，將方針管理與各部門的關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標(biāo)并行起來進(jìn)行工作策劃與過程管控。
[Abstract]:China's auto parts manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly severe market competition. In general, the quality of international brand auto parts is superior to that of domestic enterprises, and the competitiveness of international brands is also stronger than that of domestic enterprises. Therefore, domestic enterprises should introduce advanced management methods, strive to improve product quality and enhance competitiveness. Based on the case of DF Automobile Drive Shaft Co., Ltd, this paper discusses the strategy of advancing the policy management. The research is helpful to enhance the competitiveness of the company and to provide reference for other auto parts enterprises to choose their management methods and strategies. Policy management is a scientific management method in order to realize the medium and long term goal of the enterprise, combine with the annual management policy, fully arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and workers, and carry out the target value layer by layer. Based on the theoretical basis of policy management and the analysis of the competitive environment of automobile parts industry, this paper takes DF Automobile Drive Shaft Co., Ltd as a case to analyze the present situation of the implementation of policy management. Including the implementation of the process of problems and cause analysis, and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results of this paper show that the first step in implementing policy management is to focus on the concept of continuous improvement, and to set a challenging goal as the work direction. Secondly, the importance of data-based process management is emphasized. Only by establishing a good process-oriented data management, can the work of policy management be put into practice. The third is to combine the key performance index and the policy target closely, and to parallel the policy management with the key performance index of each department to carry on the work plan and the process control.
