【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著汽車(chē)行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,企業(yè)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈物流提出了更高的要求�？墒侵圃鞓I(yè)供應(yīng)鏈整體的物流效率提高卻是需要上下游企業(yè)協(xié)同合作來(lái)完成的,所以物流協(xié)同管理已成為現(xiàn)代物流運(yùn)作的重要趨勢(shì)。因此,研究和評(píng)價(jià)制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈物流協(xié)同管理的績(jī)效,具有非常重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。這能夠使各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)及時(shí)了解其物流協(xié)同狀況,從而更好的協(xié)調(diào)物流各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)以確保物流順暢。 本研究以名華公司與寶馬公司合作的on site模式為研究對(duì)象,以供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理理論、及精益生產(chǎn)理論為基礎(chǔ),分為五個(gè)部分來(lái)進(jìn)行。第一部分主要論述了研究的背景與意義,闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈物流協(xié)同績(jī)效的研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出本論文研究的主題。第二部分,主要對(duì)物流系統(tǒng)及供應(yīng)鏈物流協(xié)同相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的分析。第三部分,介紹名華公司原有的運(yùn)作模式情況。第四部分,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)協(xié)同管理on site模式進(jìn)行了深入的研究。第五部分,介紹on site模式的實(shí)施過(guò)程和建議。本論文是從名華公司的角度展開(kāi)對(duì)on site協(xié)同管理模式分析的,通過(guò)實(shí)例分析進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理模式的客觀性與可操作性,為供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理模式的應(yīng)用和推廣奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the aggravation of market competition in automobile industry, enterprises put forward higher requirements to supply chain logistics. However, the improvement of logistics efficiency of manufacturing supply chain needs the cooperation of upstream and downstream enterprises, so logistics collaborative management has become an important trend of modern logistics operation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and evaluate the performance of collaborative logistics management in manufacturing supply chain. This enables the node enterprises to understand the logistics coordination situation in time, thus better coordinate the logistics links to ensure the smooth logistics. This study is based on the theory of supply chain management (SCM), supply chain collaborative management (SCM) and lean production (Lean), and is divided into five parts. The first part mainly discusses the background and significance of the research, describes the domestic and foreign supply chain logistics collaborative performance research status, and puts forward the theme of this paper. The second part mainly analyzes the logistics system and supply chain logistics coordination theory. The third part introduces the original operating mode of Minghua Company. In the fourth part, on the basis of theoretical research, the cooperative management on site model is studied deeply. The fifth part introduces the implementation process and suggestion of on site mode. This paper analyzes on site collaborative management mode from the perspective of Minghua Company, and further verifies the objectivity and maneuverability of manufacturing supply chain collaborative management model. It lays a foundation for the application and promotion of supply chain collaborative management model.
