遼寧火力發(fā)電廠運(yùn)營模式優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在電力市場日益發(fā)展和日趨完善的今天,火力發(fā)電企業(yè)要在競爭中立于不敗之地,就要從降低成本、提高能源效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)化運(yùn)營、獲取利潤最大化進(jìn)行研究。那么在火力發(fā)電企業(yè)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營運(yùn)作流程中,,發(fā)電燃料成本或者發(fā)電變動(dòng)成本與發(fā)電管理成本的降低,無疑是企業(yè)獲得高額利潤的重要因素。 生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營模式優(yōu)化研究就是運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理理論,從火力發(fā)電企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)營模式入手,采用文獻(xiàn)索引、數(shù)量統(tǒng)計(jì)、因果分析、圖表分析、實(shí)例研究等手段,分別對(duì)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)的管理思路、方式、方法等方面進(jìn)行論述和探討。通過對(duì)火力發(fā)電廠運(yùn)營管理體制、運(yùn)營安全管理、節(jié)能管理、環(huán)保管理、優(yōu)化技術(shù)管理、環(huán)保管理、優(yōu)化技術(shù)管理以及運(yùn)營業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化管理的研究,找到了降低發(fā)電燃料成本、提高機(jī)組熱效率、提高機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)性、提高管理效率效能的有效途徑,為火力發(fā)電企業(yè)機(jī)組的安全經(jīng)濟(jì)長期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行和企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 因此,生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營模式優(yōu)化研究是一個(gè)重大的科學(xué)舉措。從組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上考慮,運(yùn)行業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化管理是一個(gè)好模式,也是火力發(fā)電廠一個(gè)好的商業(yè)決策。火力發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營模式優(yōu)化研究,對(duì)于降低發(fā)電的成本、污染排放、提高設(shè)備的可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、能源利用效率和保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)“十二五”制定的控制能源消耗和主要污染物排放總量、建設(shè)環(huán)境友好型和社會(huì)資源節(jié)約型,具有長遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and perfection of electric power market, thermal power enterprises must study on reducing cost, improving energy efficiency, realizing commercial operation and maximizing profit if they want to be invincible in the competition. In the whole process of production and operation of thermal power enterprises, the reduction of fuel cost or variable cost and management cost of power generation is undoubtedly an important factor for enterprises to obtain high profits. The research on optimization of production and operation mode is to use modern advanced technology economics and production operation management theory, start with the existing operation mode of thermal power enterprise, adopt document index, quantity statistics, causality analysis, chart analysis. This paper discusses and discusses the management ideas, ways and methods of thermal power generation enterprises by means of case study. Through the research on operation management system, operation safety management, energy saving management, environmental protection management, optimization of technology management and fine management of operation business of thermal power plant, the paper finds out how to reduce the fuel cost of power generation. The effective way to improve the thermal efficiency, economic efficiency and management efficiency of thermal power plant is to lay a solid foundation for the safe, economic and stable operation of the unit and the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the optimization of production and operation model is an important scientific measure. From the point of view of organizational structure design, the fine management of operation business is a good model and a good commercial decision of thermal power plant. The research on optimization of production and operation mode of thermal power plant can reduce the cost of power generation, pollute the emission, improve the reliability, economy of equipment, energy efficiency and protect the ecological environment. It is of long-term significance to realize the control of energy consumption and the total discharge of main pollutants, and the construction of environment-friendly and social resource saving type in the 12th Five-Year Plan.
