【摘要】：F垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠是一家新型綠色環(huán)保能源企業(yè),通過焚燒垃圾解決了城市垃圾處理的難題,同時發(fā)出的電力為社會提供了能源,在國家對可再生能源發(fā)電實行補(bǔ)貼的政策下,目前企業(yè)有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。為進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,公司需制定適合未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,本文通過對企業(yè)的實際調(diào)研和分析研究,嘗試為企業(yè)制定合適的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略即是企業(yè)為了在競爭中求發(fā)展,根據(jù)內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行的一系列謀劃和對策。戰(zhàn)略管理對企業(yè)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,沒有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)就失去了方向,很可能停滯不前,最終被市場淘汰。本文通過對F垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠內(nèi)外部資源環(huán)境的分析,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論,從戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略評價、戰(zhàn)略選擇、戰(zhàn)略實施等幾個方面,研究探討公司的經(jīng)營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。文章主要由緒論、戰(zhàn)略理論綜述、企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析和SWOT分析、戰(zhàn)略制定實施等幾個部分組成。 第一章緒論部分主要闡述論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究對象、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法等；第二章戰(zhàn)略理論綜述主要闡述企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論,一是回顧了戰(zhàn)略管理的概念和基本理論,二是總結(jié)了戰(zhàn)略分析常用模型；第三章企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析內(nèi)容則主要從企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源、企業(yè)外部環(huán)境著手進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,分析企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,所處環(huán)境中的機(jī)會、威脅,運(yùn)用SWOT分析工具構(gòu)造SWOT矩陣,分析企業(yè)可能的各種戰(zhàn)略方案。第四章為企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇和實施,主要闡述企業(yè)愿景使命、發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略體系,闡述了企業(yè)實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一些具體管理策略,具體落實企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求。
[Abstract]:F waste incineration power plant is a new type of green energy enterprise. It solves the problem of municipal waste disposal by incineration of garbage. At the same time, it can provide energy for the society, under the national policy of subsidizing renewable energy power generation. At present, enterprises have better economic and social benefits. In order to further develop, the company needs to make the strategy suitable for the future development. This paper tries to make the appropriate development strategy for the enterprise through the actual investigation and analysis of the enterprise. The enterprise development strategy is the enterprise in order to seek the development in the competition. According to the internal conditions and external environment for a series of plans and countermeasures. The strategic management is very important to the development of the enterprise. Without the development strategy, the enterprise will lose its direction and may stagnate and eventually be eliminated by the market. Based on the analysis of internal and external resources and environment of F waste incineration power plant, this paper discusses the management and development strategy of the company from the aspects of strategic analysis, strategic evaluation, strategic choice and strategic implementation by using the theory of strategic management. The article is mainly composed of introduction, strategic theory review, internal and external environment analysis, SWOT analysis, strategy formulation and implementation, etc. The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research object, research content, and so on. The second chapter summarizes the related theories of the enterprise development strategy, one is reviewing the concept and basic theory of strategic management, the other is summarizing the common models of strategic analysis. The third chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise in detail, mainly from the internal resources and the external environment of the enterprise, and analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the environment in which the enterprise is located. Use SWOT analysis tool to construct SWOT matrix and analyze various possible strategic plans. The fourth chapter is the choice and implementation of the enterprise development strategy. It mainly expounds the mission of the enterprise, the strategic goal of the development, the strategic system of the development of the enterprise, and expounds some concrete management strategies for the implementation of the development strategy of the enterprise. Specific implementation of the requirements of the enterprise development strategy.
