某電子元器件分銷商配送中心貨位優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著物流業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開始關(guān)注對(duì)物流運(yùn)作的優(yōu)化,以降低物流成本從而擴(kuò)大利潤(rùn)的獲得。而揀貨作業(yè)成本更是因?yàn)檎嫉脚渌椭行恼w運(yùn)作成本60%以上而備受關(guān)注。而隨著電子產(chǎn)品的高速更替,促使整個(gè)電子行業(yè)元器件供應(yīng)鏈的采購(gòu)模式進(jìn)入“多頻快”的方式。這也讓連接上游電子原件生產(chǎn)商和下游終端制造商的電子元器件分銷商更注重快速準(zhǔn)確的提供配送服務(wù)以滿足下游客戶的供貨需求。所以提高揀貨作業(yè)的效率,降低作業(yè)成本更是各大元件分銷配送中心運(yùn)作中的最重要的課題。 本文針對(duì)電子元件分銷企業(yè)配送中心長(zhǎng)期揀貨效率低下,而揀貨成本居高不下的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合電子元件分銷企業(yè)貨物多為“整進(jìn)散出”的特點(diǎn),建立儲(chǔ)位分配優(yōu)化模型,引入存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間周轉(zhuǎn)率比的概念,,將貨物的周轉(zhuǎn)率與其在庫(kù)的存放時(shí)間“合二為一”,提出貪婪算法對(duì)入庫(kù)貨物的儲(chǔ)位分配進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使得配送中心中行走時(shí)間短的儲(chǔ)位得以被充分使用,降低作業(yè)人員在日常高頻的揀貨作業(yè)中行走距離,縮短揀貨時(shí)間使得作業(yè)效率得以提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of logistics industry, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the optimization of logistics operation in order to reduce the cost of logistics and expand the profit. Picking cost is more than 60% of the overall operating cost of the distribution center and has attracted much attention. With the rapid replacement of electronic products, the procurement mode of components supply chain in the whole electronic industry has entered the mode of "multi-frequency fast". This also allows electronic component distributors that connect upstream electronic component manufacturers and downstream terminal manufacturers to focus more quickly and accurately on delivering services to meet downstream customers' supply needs. Therefore, improving the efficiency of picking operation and reducing the cost of operation is the most important task in the operation of distribution and distribution center of each major component. Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and high picking cost in electronic component distribution enterprise distribution center for a long time, combined with the characteristic that electronic component distribution enterprise's goods are mostly "in and out", an optimized model of storage distribution is established in this paper. This paper introduces the concept of storage time turnover ratio, combines the turnover rate of goods with their storage time in the warehouse, and proposes a greedy algorithm to optimize the storage allocation of incoming goods. So that the storage space with short walking time in distribution center can be fully used, reduce the walking distance of the operators in the daily high frequency picking operation, shorten the picking time to improve the efficiency of the operation.
