【摘要】：改革開放以來,特別是九十年代中后期開始,隨著外商投資以及省外勞動力等流動要素的大規(guī)模流入,廣東省的對外貿(mào)易取得了長足發(fā)展。但是其巨大的出口與貿(mào)易順差背后卻是大大低于發(fā)達國家的整體對外貿(mào)易出口競爭力和以勞動密集型產(chǎn)品為主的貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)。對區(qū)域外流動要素的嚴(yán)重依賴使廣東省的出口和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展底氣不足。面對經(jīng)濟危機的沖擊,以及生產(chǎn)生活成本的不斷提升,使得傳統(tǒng)的“廉價勞動力+外國資本技術(shù)”、研發(fā)和銷售“兩頭在外”的產(chǎn)業(yè)模式顯得格外脆弱。全球性的技術(shù)進步和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,給危機后的廣東省帶來了巨大的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),如何積極轉(zhuǎn)變和優(yōu)化地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),減輕對廉價勞動力和外國資本技術(shù)的依賴,從而提升區(qū)域出口競爭力有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從貿(mào)易和要素理論角度出發(fā),重點研究流動要素和研發(fā)投入與廣東省制造業(yè)出口產(chǎn)品競爭力的關(guān)系。在理清概念和理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對廣東省的要素流動和技術(shù)研發(fā)情況進行了現(xiàn)狀分析,并通過不同的指標(biāo)對制造業(yè)的出口現(xiàn)狀進行探討。針對以上現(xiàn)實情況,以索洛剩余和鉆石模型為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建要素流動與出口貿(mào)易競爭指數(shù)的擴展模型；分別得出各要素對出口競爭力的影響的實證結(jié)果,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實對結(jié)果進行了定性分析。最后指出了廣東省制造業(yè)的弊端及面臨的困境,提出依靠創(chuàng)新研發(fā),積極培育高級生產(chǎn)要素促進產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級,提高出口競爭力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially since the middle and late 1990s, with the large-scale inflow of foreign investment and labor force outside the province, Guangdong's foreign trade has made great progress. But behind its huge export and trade surplus is the overall export competitiveness of developed countries and the trade structure dominated by labor-intensive products. The heavy dependence on external flow factors makes Guangdong's export and economic development insufficient. In the face of the impact of economic crisis and the rising cost of production and living, the traditional "cheap labor foreign capital technology", R & D and sales "two in the outside" industrial model is particularly vulnerable. The global technological progress and industrial restructuring have brought great opportunities and challenges to Guangdong Province after the crisis. How to actively transform and optimize the regional industrial structure and reduce the dependence on cheap labor and foreign capital technology, Therefore, the promotion of regional export competitiveness has important theoretical and practical significance. From the perspective of trade and factor theory, this paper focuses on the relationship between flowing factors and R & D investment and the competitiveness of Guangdong manufacturing export products. On the basis of clear concept and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of factor flow and technology research and development in Guangdong Province, and discusses the export status of manufacturing industry through different indicators. Based on the Solow surplus and diamond models, the expansion model of factor flow and export trade competition index is constructed, and the empirical results of the influence of each factor on export competitiveness are obtained. Combined with reality, qualitative analysis of the results is carried out. Finally, this paper points out the disadvantages and difficulties of Guangdong manufacturing industry, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to rely on innovation and R & D, actively cultivate advanced factors of production to promote industrial optimization and upgrade, and improve export competitiveness.
