我國大型糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:隨著中國糧食市場的逐步開放,國際糧商大舉進(jìn)入中國市場,并且占據(jù)了比較大的份額。但是,目前國內(nèi)外對他們的了解非常有限,已有的一些認(rèn)識往往是片面的、支離破碎的,結(jié)論往往是道德層面或政策層面,對其企業(yè)層面的經(jīng)營活動(dòng)很少涉及。為此,我國組建大型糧油企業(yè)在對抗國際糧商,對于維護(hù)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)糧食安全方面有著重要意義。 當(dāng)前,我國糧油企業(yè)發(fā)展形勢不容樂觀,,原因之一就是落后的商業(yè)模式。本文從商業(yè)模式的角度出發(fā),對國內(nèi)外大型糧油企業(yè)糧商的發(fā)展歷程、經(jīng)營方式和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理和分析,而商業(yè)模式恰恰強(qiáng)調(diào)的是對一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行整體的、廣泛的、開放的、動(dòng)態(tài)的認(rèn)識,是讓人們了解在這個(gè)行業(yè)和在更加廣泛的環(huán)境中所有影響該行業(yè)的因素。因此,通過對研究大型糧油企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式研究,一方面我們可以真正客觀地認(rèn)識國外大型糧油企業(yè),了解其經(jīng)營活動(dòng)背后的真實(shí)含意;另一方面,國外大型糧油企業(yè)的成功更多的是商業(yè)模式的成功,分析其商業(yè)模式,對打造中國自己的具有國際競爭力的糧食大企業(yè)有很好的借鑒意義。而且,國際糧商商業(yè)模式的演變,反應(yīng)了全球糧油企業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。本文在結(jié)合國內(nèi)外成功商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,為我國大型糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提出建議。 本文首先通過對糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)的特殊性質(zhì)、特別是不同糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條的深入分析,結(jié)合商業(yè)模式理論,提出了糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式的基本元素:核心競爭力、定位、業(yè)務(wù)、資源配置、合作伙伴,盈利模式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、目標(biāo)客戶和分銷渠道,并且根據(jù)這九個(gè)因素構(gòu)建糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的基本模型。 其次,對分析了國外大型糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式演變進(jìn)程,從糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的基本模型出發(fā),本文選取主要構(gòu)成要素(核心競爭力、定位、業(yè)務(wù))對ADM、嘉吉、邦基、路易達(dá)孚等典型的國外大型糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行分析,提出糧油企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢。 接著,總結(jié)我國糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式形成與發(fā)展,分析其商業(yè)模式及存在的問題,提出我國大型糧油企業(yè)選擇商業(yè)模式措施。 最后,本文利用因子分析法對大型糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行經(jīng)營績效進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明,我國大型糧油企業(yè)商業(yè)模式調(diào)整后,企業(yè)還是具有較強(qiáng)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of China's grain market, international grain traders entered the Chinese market on a large scale and occupied a relatively large share. However, the current understanding of them at home and abroad is very limited, some of the existing understanding is often one-sided, fragmented, the conclusion is often the moral level or policy level, and their business activities at the enterprise level are rarely involved. Therefore, the establishment of large grain and oil enterprises in China is of great significance to the maintenance of national economic food security. At present, the development situation of grain and oil enterprises in China is not optimistic, one of the reasons is the backward business model. From the point of view of business model, this paper systematically combs and analyzes the development course, management mode and development strategy of grain and oil enterprises at home and abroad. An open, dynamic understanding is about all the factors that affect the industry in this industry and in the wider environment. Therefore, by studying the business models of large grain and oil enterprises, on the one hand, we can truly and objectively understand the real implications of the large grain and oil enterprises in foreign countries, and on the other hand, we can understand the real implications behind their business activities. The success of the large grain and oil enterprises abroad is more the success of the business model. The analysis of the business model has a good reference significance for the establishment of China's own grain enterprises with international competitiveness. Moreover, the evolution of international grain business model reflects the development trend of global grain and oil enterprises. Based on the experience of successful business model innovation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the innovation of large grain and oil enterprises in China. Firstly, by analyzing the special nature of grain industry, especially the chain of different grain industry, and combining the theory of business model, this paper puts forward the basic elements of the business model of grain industry: core competitiveness, positioning, business, resource allocation. Partners, profit models, risk management, target customers and distribution channels, and based on these nine factors to build the basic model of grain and oil enterprise business model. Secondly, this paper analyzes the evolution process of the business model of large grain and oil enterprises abroad, starting from the basic model of the business model of grain and oil enterprises, this paper selects the main elements (core competitiveness, positioning, business) to ADM, Cargill, Bonsky, The commercial models of large grain and oil enterprises are analyzed, and the future development trend of grain and oil enterprises is put forward. Then, the paper summarizes the formation and development of the commercial model of grain and oil enterprises in China, analyzes its business model and the existing problems, and puts forward the measures to choose the commercial model for the large grain and oil enterprises in our country. Finally, this paper uses factor analysis to analyze the business performance of large grain and oil enterprises. The results show that after the adjustment of the business model of large grain and oil enterprises in China, the enterprises still have strong competitiveness.
