基于ISO26000的T電力公司社會(huì)責(zé)任指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:ISO26000作為國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織制定開(kāi)發(fā)的內(nèi)容體系全面、適用于包括政府在內(nèi)的所有組織的通用性標(biāo)準(zhǔn),給出了統(tǒng)一的社會(huì)責(zé)任定義,明確了社會(huì)責(zé)任的原則,確定了踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任的核心主題,并且描述了以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標(biāo),將社會(huì)責(zé)任融入組織戰(zhàn)略和日;顒(dòng)的方法,為組織在運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理中負(fù)責(zé)任和有效地處理所面臨的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)提供了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)性指南。ISO26000將在更大范圍、更高層次的意義上推動(dòng)全球社會(huì)責(zé)任的發(fā)展。 作為國(guó)家能源戰(zhàn)略布局的重要組成部分和能源產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重要環(huán)節(jié),電網(wǎng)企業(yè)在能源的優(yōu)化配置中發(fā)揮著重要作用,承擔(dān)著重大的社會(huì)責(zé)任。論文結(jié)合中國(guó)國(guó)情系統(tǒng)解讀了ISO26000中關(guān)于社會(huì)責(zé)任的定義、原則及核心主題。按照ISO26000和指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),研究并提出具有可操作性、規(guī)范化的社會(huì)責(zé)任指標(biāo)體系,社會(huì)責(zé)任融入企業(yè)管理過(guò)程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選取T電力公司指標(biāo)獲取、分析及改進(jìn)的案例進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明如何通過(guò)社會(huì)責(zé)任指標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)理解與改進(jìn)組織的社會(huì)責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:As the content system developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ISO26000 is a universal standard applicable to all organizations, including the government. It gives a unified definition of social responsibility and clarifies the principle of social responsibility. Defining the core theme of the practice of social responsibility and describing ways to integrate social responsibility into organizational strategies and day-to-day activities, with the goal of sustainable development, in order to responsibly and effectively address the economies facing the organization in its operations and management, Social and environmental challenges provide a systematic guide. ISO 26000 will drive the development of global social responsibility in a broader, higher sense. As an important part of the national energy strategic layout and an important link of the energy industry chain, grid enterprises play an important role in the optimization of energy allocation and bear great social responsibility. This paper systematically interprets the definition, principle and core theme of social responsibility in ISO26000. According to the related theory of ISO26000 and index system, combining with the characteristics of power grid enterprises, this paper studies and puts forward an operable and standardized social responsibility index system, which integrates social responsibility into the enterprise management process. On this basis, this paper selects the case of T power company to obtain, analyze and improve the index, and explains how to understand and improve the social responsibility of the organization through the social responsibility index.
