【摘要】：正一、引言近年來(lái),云南省制造業(yè)企業(yè)資本化進(jìn)程逐年加快,上市企業(yè)也逐漸增多,在地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中呈現(xiàn)出良好態(tài)勢(shì),這使得上市企業(yè)績(jī)效評(píng)估變得越來(lái)越重要。國(guó)內(nèi)外研究對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)使用的方法主要集中在如下幾個(gè)方面:傳統(tǒng)的財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法、經(jīng)濟(jì)附加值(EVA)、TobinQ值、平衡計(jì)分卡、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法等。已有研究反映了上市公司績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究方面取得的成果,對(duì)深入研究云南省
[Abstract]:First, in recent years, the process of capitalization of manufacturing enterprises in Yunnan Province has been accelerated year by year, and the number of listed enterprises has gradually increased, showing a good situation in the development of local economy, which makes the performance evaluation of listed enterprises become more and more important. The methods used in domestic and foreign research on enterprise performance evaluation are mainly focused on the following aspects: traditional financial performance evaluation method, economic added value EVA and Tobin Q value, balanced scorecard, neural network analysis and so on. The existing research reflects the achievements of the research on the performance evaluation of listed companies, and makes an in-depth study of Yunnan Province.
