【摘要】：當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境日益激烈,企業(yè)面臨著縮短交貨期、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、改善服務(wù)、降低成本和保護(hù)環(huán)境的壓力。從循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)視角出發(fā)構(gòu)建制造業(yè)集成綠色化精益、敏捷和彈性供應(yīng)鏈管理的集成供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作模型,使供應(yīng)鏈上各企業(yè)在兼顧可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則的同時(shí)充分發(fā)揮自身的核心優(yōu)勢(shì),提高對(duì)外界刺激的反應(yīng)能力,降低供應(yīng)鏈整體運(yùn)作總成本,滿(mǎn)足顧客日益復(fù)雜化的需求。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the market competition environment is increasingly fierce, enterprises are facing the pressure of shortening delivery time, improving product quality, improving service, reducing cost and protecting environment. From the perspective of circular economy, the integrated supply chain operation model of integrated green lean, agile and flexible supply chain management of manufacturing industry is constructed, which makes all enterprises in supply chain give full play to their core advantages while taking into account the principle of sustainable development. Improve the ability to respond to external stimuli, reduce the overall operating cost of the supply chain, to meet the increasingly complex needs of customers.
