基于改進掙值法的軟件項目進度監(jiān)控研究

【摘要】:雖然軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)在世界范圍內(nèi)都得到了迅速發(fā)展,但在快速發(fā)展的背后,其高失敗率的問題也日益嚴重。作為軟件項目失敗的主要原因之一,進度延期一直被廣泛詬病。項目經(jīng)理對于進度監(jiān)控方法的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性的要求越來越高。掙值法作為一種非常重要的進度—成本集成監(jiān)控方法,在很多行業(yè)都取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。但是,該方法在軟件項目中的應(yīng)用還未獲得普遍認可。本文在深入的分析了傳統(tǒng)掙值法及其改進方法在軟件項目中應(yīng)用的障礙的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了解決方案,提出了適合于軟件項目的掙值法,為項目經(jīng)理提供更為可靠、深入的績效信息,并對掙值法的應(yīng)用范圍進行了擴展研究,用以輔助項目經(jīng)理進行定量化決策。 首先,針對軟件項目特點,分析了掙值法及ES方法本身的不足以及在軟件項目應(yīng)用中的障礙。其次,針對軟件項目可度量性差的問題,提出了將MK Ⅱ功能點分析方法與掙值法結(jié)合使用的具體流程,解決掙值法應(yīng)用中基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的來源問題。針對軟件項目需求多變、返工率高的問題,引入了項目進度執(zhí)行系數(shù),對掙值法的績效指標(biāo)進行了修正。然后,與網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃技術(shù)相結(jié)合,對掙值法的預(yù)測指標(biāo)進行了修正,并用于項目關(guān)鍵路徑的監(jiān)控。最后,結(jié)合管理儲備的思想,提出了軟件項目進度—成本集成管理決策模型,用于項目進度和成本績效出現(xiàn)問題時的糾偏,并考慮到糾偏措施的成本問題,提出了調(diào)整成本的優(yōu)化模型。
[Abstract]:Although the software industry has developed rapidly all over the world, the problem of its high failure rate is becoming more and more serious. As one of the main causes of software project failure, progress delay has been widely criticized. Project managers are increasingly demanding the effectiveness and accuracy of progress monitoring methods. Earned value method as a very important progress-cost integrated monitoring method has achieved good results in many industries. However, the application of this method in software projects has not been universally accepted. Based on the deep analysis of the traditional earned value method and the obstacle of its application in the software project, this paper gives the solution, and puts forward the earned value method suitable for the software project, which provides more reliable for the project manager. The application of earned value method is extended to assist project manager to make quantitative decision.
