【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步以及經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對各行各業(yè)的沖擊,企業(yè)只有通過科學(xué)的管理方法來完善企業(yè)管理中存在的問題,才能不被時代的浪潮所淘汰,以增強(qiáng)市場核心競爭力。在傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)管理5S理論的擴(kuò)展與完善基礎(chǔ)上,加入了安全、節(jié)約、服務(wù)、滿意這四個方面、逐步形成的企業(yè)管理9S理論,就可以幫助公司解決生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際管理過程中的各項問題。 論文從9S現(xiàn)場管理理論的內(nèi)容、工具和方法入手,闡明了9S理論在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理過程中的架構(gòu)體系,再引入了滄州華輝電子配件公司現(xiàn)場管理的實(shí)際案例,通過分析該公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理過程的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的諸多問題,創(chuàng)造性的對其現(xiàn)場管理工作進(jìn)行了9S活動方案設(shè)計,并全面系統(tǒng)的研究了其9S活動實(shí)施過程。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,又針對該公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場開展9S活動的情況進(jìn)行績效指標(biāo)評估的研究,進(jìn)而將理論與實(shí)踐相聯(lián)系,提出了健全生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場9S管理的制度、發(fā)動宣傳與加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)、開展主題性實(shí)踐活動、強(qiáng)化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用等建議,這些切實(shí)有效的措施,旨在幫助企業(yè)在現(xiàn)場管理方面更加得心應(yīng)手,促進(jìn)企業(yè)蓬勃向上的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the impact of economic globalization on various industries, enterprises can not be eliminated by the tide of the times so as to strengthen the core competitiveness of the market. On the basis of the extension and perfection of the traditional 5S theory of enterprise management, the 9S theory of enterprise management has been gradually formed in the four aspects of safety, economy, service and satisfaction. Can help the company to solve the actual production site management process problems. Starting with the content, tools and methods of 9S field management theory, this paper expounds the frame system of 9S theory in the process of production site management, and then introduces the actual case of Cangzhou Huayui Electronic parts Co., Ltd. By analyzing the present situation of the production site management process of the company and its existing problems, this paper creatively designs the 9s activity scheme for its field management work, and studies the implementation process of its 9S activity comprehensively and systematically. On this basis, the performance index evaluation of 9s activity on the production site of the company is studied, and then the theory and practice are connected, and the system of improving the 9S management on the production site is put forward, and the propaganda and study are strengthened. To carry out thematic practical activities and strengthen the role of organizational leadership, these practical and effective measures are aimed at helping enterprises to be more comfortable in the field of management, and to promote the vigorous and upward development of enterprises.
