【摘要】：為了認識并解決汽車對環(huán)境的污染問題,構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展社會,研究了日本汽車環(huán)境污染的歷史經(jīng)過,考察了其環(huán)境對策,從歷史的角度認識汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)和環(huán)境問題的關系。日本不僅在汽車技術開發(fā)方面,同時從國家法規(guī)政策、個人環(huán)境意識及生活方式的改變等多方面入手,致力于改善汽車環(huán)境問題。日本對于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)對環(huán)境污染問題所采取的對策可作為我國解決汽車污染環(huán)境問題,實現(xiàn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to understand and solve the problem of automobile pollution to the environment and to build a sustainable development society, this paper studies the history of automobile environmental pollution in Japan, investigates its environmental countermeasures, and understands the relationship between automobile industry and environmental problems from the historical point of view. Japan is committed to improving the automobile environment not only in the field of automobile technology development, but also in the aspects of national laws and policies, personal environmental awareness and changes in life style. The countermeasures taken by Japan to solve the problem of environmental pollution in automobile industry can be used as a reference to solve the problem of environmental pollution and realize the sustainable development of automobile industry in China.
