【摘要】：隨著居民生活階梯電價(jià)的推行，對(duì)抄表、核算等業(yè)務(wù)及相關(guān)服務(wù)工作提出了新的、更高的要求，與此同時(shí)，社會(huì)民眾對(duì)實(shí)施居民階梯電價(jià)給予高度關(guān)注，服務(wù)壓力巨大。 論文研究主要為客戶解決“繳費(fèi)難”的問題，方便廣大用電客戶繳費(fèi)，，節(jié)約繳費(fèi)時(shí)間而考慮，為客戶提供了一種全新的服務(wù)方式，減少電力供應(yīng)商的經(jīng)營費(fèi)用并提高了客戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本文首先分析國內(nèi)外針對(duì)支付技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)目前供電公司的收費(fèi)方式優(yōu)劣做了比較。以此為背景研究開發(fā)了電費(fèi)即時(shí)繳費(fèi)系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)主要是從主站軟件系統(tǒng)、接口設(shè)計(jì)和繳費(fèi)終端三個(gè)方面展開研究的。研發(fā)過程經(jīng)歷了需求分析階段、研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)階段和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施階段。最后，利用即時(shí)繳費(fèi)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行社區(qū)繳費(fèi)，在實(shí)施過程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，并將其應(yīng)用效果做出評(píng)價(jià)。 以為廣大客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、方便、快捷的供電服務(wù)為目標(biāo)，創(chuàng)新思維、拓展繳費(fèi)渠道，充分利用社會(huì)化代收方式增加電費(fèi)繳費(fèi)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。電費(fèi)即時(shí)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于社區(qū)的模式突破原有繳費(fèi)方式、方法，使?fàn)I業(yè)廳收費(fèi)業(yè)務(wù)延伸到客戶便利的地方，利用低成本終端，結(jié)合相應(yīng)的即時(shí)繳費(fèi)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)即時(shí)繳費(fèi)業(yè)務(wù)。具有覆蓋面廣，繳費(fèi)過程簡(jiǎn)便，繳費(fèi)數(shù)額不固定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，有效提高供電企業(yè)電費(fèi)回收率，降低電費(fèi)回收運(yùn)營成本，提高客戶滿意度，提升了其企業(yè)形象，體現(xiàn)供電企業(yè)“親民、利民、便民”的特色。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of living ladder electricity price, new and higher requirements have been put forward for the operation of meter reading, accounting and other related services. At the same time, the social people pay great attention to the implementation of household ladder electricity price, and the service pressure is enormous. This paper mainly solves the problem of "payment difficulty" for customers, facilitates the payment of electricity, saves the time of payment, and provides a new way of service for customers. Reduce the operating costs of power suppliers and improve the quality of customer service. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of payment technology at home and abroad, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the current charging methods of power supply companies. Based on this background, a real time payment system for electricity charges is developed. The system is mainly studied from three aspects: master station software system, interface design and payment terminal. The research and development process has experienced the requirement analysis stage, the research and development design stage and the field implementation stage. Finally, the community payment system is used to improve the problems encountered in the implementation process and evaluate its application effect. In order to provide customers with high quality, convenient and fast power supply service, innovative thinking, expand payment channels, and make full use of social collection to increase electricity payment network. The real time electricity charge system is applied in the community to break through the original payment mode, the method, make the business hall charge business extend to the place where the customer is convenient, utilize the low cost terminal, combine the corresponding real time payment platform to realize the real time payment service. The utility model has the advantages of wide coverage, simple process of payment, indefinite amount of payment, and so on. It can effectively improve the recovery rate of electricity, reduce the operating cost of electricity recovery, improve customer satisfaction, enhance its corporate image, and reflect the power supply enterprise's "pro-people". The characteristics of "benefit the people, facilitate the people".
