汽車經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式及其創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)邁入了高速增長期,經(jīng)歷了十個(gè)年頭,中國己經(jīng)成長為汽車消費(fèi)大國,在國際汽車市場(chǎng)的地位顯著提升,全球最活躍、最具潛力和增長力的市場(chǎng)非中國莫屬。與此同時(shí),中國汽車行業(yè)也已經(jīng)成長為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。在競爭日益激烈的今天,如何優(yōu)化汽車營銷渠道,開拓與創(chuàng)新,如何使企業(yè)自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和盈利能力得到飛速提升,是汽車制造商和經(jīng)銷商面前亟待解決的問題。汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式及其創(chuàng)新也自然成為一個(gè)重要的研究課題。 本文從我國汽車市場(chǎng)和經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式的發(fā)展入手,,回顧改革開放30年來我國汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程及經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式的演變過程,分析我國汽車經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式在發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,查找具有普遍性的問題的成因。文章首先介紹了課題的相關(guān)背景和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)研究內(nèi)容與研究方法進(jìn)行了簡單說明,然后闡述了汽車經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式的現(xiàn)狀及汽車經(jīng)銷商的商業(yè)模式分類,汽車經(jīng)銷商的商業(yè)模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)分析研究了汽車經(jīng)銷商商業(yè)模式存在的問題,提出了一些汽車經(jīng)銷商的宏觀創(chuàng)新對(duì)策建議和盈利能力創(chuàng)新對(duì)策建議,以期促進(jìn)汽車經(jīng)銷商領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's automobile industry has entered a period of rapid growth. After 10 years, China has grown into a major automobile consumer, and its position in the international automobile market has increased significantly, and it is the most active in the world. The most potential and growing market is China. At the same time, China's auto industry has also grown into a pillar industry of the national economy. In today's increasingly fierce competition, how to optimize automobile marketing channels, open up and innovate, and how to improve the enterprise's own advantages and profitability is a problem to be solved urgently in front of automobile manufacturers and dealers. Dealer business model and its innovation in automobile industry naturally become an important research topic. Starting with the development of automobile market and dealer business model in China, this paper reviews the development course of automobile industry and the evolution process of dealer business model in China during the past 30 years of reform and opening up. This paper analyzes the problems in the development of China's auto dealer business model, and finds out the causes of the universal problems. This paper first introduces the background of the subject and the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research contents and research methods, and then expounds the current situation of the automobile dealer business model and the classification of the automobile dealer business model. On the basis of the development trend of automobile dealer's business model, this paper analyzes the problems existing in automobile dealer's business model in detail, and puts forward some macro innovation countermeasures and profit ability innovation countermeasures of some automobile dealers. With a view to promoting the development of auto dealers.
