華北油田公司培訓(xùn)體系改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:在充滿(mǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和挑戰(zhàn)的全球化知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,人力資源成為企業(yè)的第一資源,人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì)成為企業(yè)的核心優(yōu)勢(shì),,因此現(xiàn)代企業(yè)更加注重人力資源的開(kāi)發(fā)。培訓(xùn)作為人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)的重要工具之一,越來(lái)越受到企業(yè)的重視,甚至把它提高到戰(zhàn)略的高度。培訓(xùn)已突破其原本的教育意義,成為企業(yè)提高員工素質(zhì)、凝聚員工動(dòng)力、提高生產(chǎn)效率的重要手段。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家尤其重視在培訓(xùn)方面的投入,其培訓(xùn)投入占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比重高達(dá)2.15%。有效的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系是企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)和保障,可以保證培訓(xùn)工作順利進(jìn)行,其重要性已經(jīng)得到專(zhuān)家學(xué)者和企業(yè)家的共識(shí),然而對(duì)于培訓(xùn)體系的概念、組成和構(gòu)建方法并沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一。 本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系研究的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了培訓(xùn)體系的概念,對(duì)其組成進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,提出了以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略為導(dǎo)向構(gòu)建有效培訓(xùn)體系的方法。并分析了華北油田公司培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,從強(qiáng)化戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、完善培訓(xùn)工作程序、優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)資源體系、健全培訓(xùn)制度等方面對(duì)培訓(xùn)體系改進(jìn)提出了具體意見(jiàn),一方面對(duì)于華北油田公司培訓(xùn)體系的改進(jìn)與完善有參考意義,另一方面對(duì)于大型國(guó)有企業(yè)構(gòu)建和改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)體系也具有十分重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the era of global knowledge economy, which is full of competition and challenge, human resource becomes the first resource of enterprise, and human resource advantage becomes the core advantage of enterprise, so modern enterprises pay more attention to the development of human resource. As one of the important tools of human resource development, training is paid more and more attention by enterprises, and even raised to the height of strategy. Training has broken through its original educational significance, and has become an important means for enterprises to improve the quality of employees, agglomerate employees' motivation and improve production efficiency. Developed countries pay special attention to training investment, which accounts for 2.15% of GDP. An effective enterprise training system is the foundation and guarantee of enterprise training, which can ensure the smooth progress of the training work. Its importance has been recognized by experts and entrepreneurs. However, for the concept of training system, The composition and method of construction are not uniform. Based on the research of enterprise training system by scholars at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the concept of training system, makes a systematic study on its composition, and puts forward a method of constructing an effective training system guided by enterprise strategy. The paper also analyzes the present situation and problems of training in Huabei Oilfield Company, and puts forward some concrete suggestions on the improvement of training system from the aspects of strengthening the strategic orientation, perfecting the training working procedure, optimizing the training resource system, and perfecting the training system, etc. On the one hand, it has reference significance for improving and perfecting the training system of Huabei Oilfield Company, on the other hand, it has very important reference significance for large state-owned enterprises to construct and improve the training system.
