【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),中國(guó)原油安全面臨的形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻：一方面,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型,刺激了原油消費(fèi)快速增長(zhǎng)；另一方面,中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)原油生產(chǎn)嚴(yán)重不足,導(dǎo)致原油進(jìn)口規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)大；另外,中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口空間格局雖形成,但安全形勢(shì)仍不容樂(lè)觀。文章基于石油安全的視角,首先分析中國(guó)原油產(chǎn)消、進(jìn)口和安全的狀況,對(duì)中國(guó)原油安全做出評(píng)價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上,一方面,從時(shí)序演變,分析1993-2009年中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口地空間格局的演變特點(diǎn)與原因,另一方面,從未來(lái)發(fā)展,探討中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域選擇,對(duì)于優(yōu)化我國(guó)原油進(jìn)口來(lái)源和制定原油進(jìn)口安全戰(zhàn)略具有一定的意義。具體來(lái)講： 首先,詳細(xì)分析了1980-2010年我國(guó)原油產(chǎn)消關(guān)系,結(jié)果顯示,我國(guó)原油供需矛盾日益尖銳；其次,進(jìn)一步對(duì)原油依存度變化進(jìn)行研究；最后,借鑒其他專(zhuān)家和學(xué)者的方法,建立中國(guó)原油安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)中國(guó)原油安全狀況做出評(píng)價(jià)。 文章對(duì)1993-2010年中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口國(guó)家(和地區(qū))的空間分布及其變化作了詳細(xì)分析,并利用ArcGIS制圖,直觀表現(xiàn)了不同時(shí)期中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口來(lái)源地的空間分布。在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,運(yùn)用權(quán)重熵對(duì)我國(guó)原油進(jìn)口空間格局的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了量化分析,得出了中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口空間結(jié)構(gòu)的有序性變化。 文章首先從原油儲(chǔ)量、生產(chǎn)和出口三方面,分析了中東、非洲、歐洲及前蘇聯(lián)、南美洲、亞太和北美洲六大原油資源富集區(qū),緊接著研究了這些原油富集區(qū)域與中國(guó)的運(yùn)輸距離及地緣政治關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用半定量方法,提出中國(guó)原油進(jìn)口的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域選擇。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the situation facing China's crude oil safety has become increasingly serious: on the one hand, China's rapid economic development and social transformation have stimulated the rapid growth of crude oil consumption; on the other hand, China's domestic crude oil production has been seriously inadequate. In addition, although the spatial pattern of China's crude oil import is formed, the security situation is still not optimistic. Based on the perspective of oil security, this paper first analyzes the situation of crude oil production, consumption, import and security in China, and then makes an evaluation of China's crude oil safety. On the one hand, it evolves from time series. This paper analyzes the evolution characteristics and causes of the spatial pattern of China's crude oil import from 1993 to 2009. On the other hand, from the perspective of future development, the paper discusses the choice of key regions for China's crude oil import. It has certain significance for optimizing the source of crude oil import and formulating the crude oil import safety strategy. Specifically: Firstly, the relationship between crude oil production and consumption in China from 1980 to 2010 is analyzed in detail. The results show that the contradiction between supply and demand of crude oil in China is becoming more and more acute; secondly, the dependence of crude oil is further studied; finally, the methods of other experts and scholars are used for reference. The evaluation index system of crude oil safety in China is established to evaluate the safety status of crude oil in China. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the spatial distribution and changes of China's crude oil importing countries (and regions) from 1993 to 2010, and uses ArcGIS mapping to visualize the spatial distribution of China's crude oil import sources in different periods. On this basis, using the complex network theory for reference, the internal structure of China's crude oil import spatial pattern is analyzed quantitatively by using the weight entropy, and the orderly change of the spatial structure of China's crude oil import is obtained. In this paper, the oil reserves, production and export are analyzed in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the former Soviet Union, South America, Asia Pacific and North America. On the basis of the study of the transportation distance and geopolitical relationship between these regions and China, a semi-quantitative method is proposed to select the key regions for China's crude oil import.
