【摘要】:航空航天工業(yè)是國(guó)家的高科技產(chǎn)業(yè),聚集了最尖端的人才和技術(shù),關(guān)系到國(guó)家安全和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的大局。同時(shí),它也是國(guó)家長(zhǎng)期、重點(diǎn)投入的戰(zhàn)略性行業(yè),在推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中具有舉足輕重的作用。航空航天企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)已廣泛應(yīng)用在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、制造、管理的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),各種諸如CAD、CAPP、CAM、PDM和ERP等單項(xiàng)技術(shù)與系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用比較普及,產(chǎn)品研制周期明顯縮短,設(shè)計(jì)制造質(zhì)量顯著提高。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,以及信息化與工業(yè)化融合的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),航空航天企業(yè)未來(lái)將借助PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化制造管理中多系統(tǒng)間的集成,達(dá)到信息的集成,過(guò)程的集成,資源的共享。復(fù)雜多系統(tǒng)的集成主要解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行管理機(jī)制、各系統(tǒng)之間的沖突問(wèn)題和一致性問(wèn)題,提高系統(tǒng)的集成性,探討復(fù)雜多系統(tǒng)的集成機(jī)制和集成方法,形成一個(gè)協(xié)調(diào)的集成環(huán)境,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)航空航天企業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)制造資源管理系統(tǒng)與設(shè)計(jì)制造信息平臺(tái)的集成,即實(shí)現(xiàn)管理信息與工程信息的集成。但是,航空航天行業(yè)由于產(chǎn)品技術(shù)復(fù)雜、監(jiān)管嚴(yán)格、質(zhì)量和安全性要求高以及飛機(jī)研制過(guò)程冗長(zhǎng)、復(fù)雜、牽涉面廣等情況,在信息化發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨種種挑戰(zhàn)。本文作者通過(guò)搜集大量文獻(xiàn)資料,并從項(xiàng)目管理角度進(jìn)行分析,面向國(guó)內(nèi)航空制造企業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)實(shí)施過(guò)程中的項(xiàng)目管理。從整個(gè)信息系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全局出發(fā),結(jié)合S公司PLM實(shí)施中的實(shí)際情況,首先,從理論角度說(shuō)明了PLM的功能特點(diǎn)與關(guān)鍵技術(shù);然后,分析了航空制造企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn)及PLM實(shí)施過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題,之后分析了S公司PLM項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程及難點(diǎn);最后,從業(yè)務(wù)流程角度,提出構(gòu)型管理,協(xié)同管理,系統(tǒng)集成與系統(tǒng)安全四個(gè)關(guān)鍵方面的業(yè)務(wù)解決方案,從實(shí)施管理的角度,提出了在航空制造企業(yè)內(nèi)PLM實(shí)施的迭代式實(shí)施管理策略。希望本文能為準(zhǔn)備實(shí)施或正在實(shí)施PLM的航空制造企業(yè)提供一定的理論依據(jù),加速推動(dòng)航空制造企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Aerospace industry is a high-tech industry of our country, which gathers the most advanced talents and technology, which is related to the national security and the overall situation of the national economy. At the same time, it is a national long-term, key input strategic industry, in the process of promoting the development of the national economy has a pivotal role. The informatization construction of aerospace enterprises has been widely used in all aspects of product design, manufacture and management. The application of various single technologies and systems, such as CADU / CAPP / CAM / PDM and ERP, has been popularized, and the period of product development has been significantly shortened. The quality of design and manufacture has been improved significantly. With the rapid development of science and technology and the trend of integration of information and industrialization, aerospace enterprises will realize the integration of multiple systems in digital manufacturing management by means of PLM(Product Lifecycle management in the future, so as to achieve the integration of information and process. The sharing of resources. The integration of complex multi-system mainly solves the management mechanism of coordinated operation of complex system under the network environment, the conflict and consistency among the systems, improves the integration of the system, and discusses the integration mechanism and integration method of the complex multi-system. Finally, the integration of the design and manufacturing resource management system and the design and manufacturing information platform of aerospace enterprises is realized, that is, the integration of management information and engineering information. However, the aerospace industry faces a variety of challenges in the process of information development because of the complex product technology, strict supervision, high quality and safety requirements, and the long, complex and extensive development process of aircraft. By collecting a lot of documents and analyzing from the point of view of project management, the author aims at the project management in the implementation of PLM system in domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises. From the overall situation of the implementation of the whole information system project, combined with the actual situation in the implementation of PLM of S Company, this paper first explains the function characteristics and key technologies of PLM from a theoretical point of view. This paper analyzes the characteristics of aviation manufacturing enterprises and the problems existing in the implementation of PLM, then analyzes the implementation process and difficulties of PLM project in S Company, finally, from the point of view of business process, puts forward configuration management and collaborative management. From the point of view of implementation management, an iterative implementation management strategy for PLM implementation in aviation manufacturing enterprises is proposed in this paper, which includes four key aspects of system integration and system security. It is hoped that this paper can provide certain theoretical basis for aviation manufacturing enterprises that are preparing to implement or are implementing PLM, and accelerate the informatization construction of aviation manufacturing enterprises.
