H公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制開(kāi)始逐步建立并且完善,而在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,各個(gè)行業(yè)內(nèi)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也在不斷的加劇。這種積極的、有序的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),一方面是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制自我完善,進(jìn)步的一種內(nèi)生動(dòng)力;另一方面,它也是促進(jìn)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的有效推力。然而,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇也使得越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)在這個(gè)過(guò)程中不斷的被淘汰。也正是由于如此,當(dāng)前企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)最為核心的內(nèi)容就是提升自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而創(chuàng)新尤其是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,則是企業(yè)的一種核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。探討培育技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)秀機(jī)制或者環(huán)境,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)企業(yè)的健康成長(zhǎng),具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章以H公司作為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的基本理論進(jìn)行了分析,并且對(duì)激勵(lì)理論進(jìn)行了探討,從而為全文的研究奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。隨后,文章對(duì)H公司當(dāng)前的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀以及其存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的分析和探討。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章擬從革新技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)思想、調(diào)整技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu)、重構(gòu)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力、研發(fā)以及完善機(jī)制,并且對(duì)其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新保障機(jī)制進(jìn)行了豐富和完善。同時(shí),文章制定了H公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的具體實(shí)施方法。并且對(duì)預(yù)期效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。最后,文章從指定正確的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部人才激勵(lì)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)技術(shù)引進(jìn)管理、注重自主品牌的建設(shè)、鼓勵(lì)和保持企業(yè)家精神以及重視專利的申請(qǐng)和應(yīng)用等幾個(gè)方面探討了加強(qiáng)H公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè)的具體方案。希望本文的研究對(duì)于我們更好的為企業(yè)制定符合其實(shí)際發(fā)展需求的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,從而有效的提升其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,強(qiáng)化其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力能夠起到一定的參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's socialist market economic system has been gradually established and improved, and in this process, the competition within the various industries is also continuously intensified. This kind of positive and orderly competition is, on the one hand, an endogenous motive force for the self-improvement and progress of the market economy system; on the other hand, it is also an effective thrust to promote the growth of enterprises. However, the competition intensifies also causes more and more enterprises to be eliminated unceasingly in this process. It is precisely because of this, the most core content of the current enterprise management is to enhance their own market competitiveness. Innovation, especially the ability of technological innovation, is a core competitive power of enterprises. It is of great practical significance to explore and cultivate the excellent mechanism or environment for technological innovation to promote the healthy growth of Chinese enterprises. Taking H Company as the empirical research object, this paper firstly analyzes the basic theory of technological innovation, and probes into the incentive theory, thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the research of the full text. Then, the article deeply analyzes and discusses the present situation of H Company's technology innovation mechanism and its existing problems. On this basis, this paper intends to reform the design idea of technological innovation mechanism, adjust the structure of technological innovation mechanism, reconstruct the motive force of technological innovation, research and development and perfect mechanism, and enrich and perfect the guarantee mechanism of technological innovation. At the same time, the article formulates the H company technology innovation mechanism concrete implementation method. And the expected effect is evaluated. Finally, the article from the right technology innovation strategy, strengthen the internal talent incentive mechanism, strengthen the enterprise technology introduction management, pay attention to the construction of independent brand. To encourage and maintain entrepreneurship and attach importance to the application and application of patents, this paper probes into the concrete plans to strengthen the construction of technological innovation mechanism in H Company. I hope that the research in this paper can play a certain reference and reference role for us to establish a better technology innovation mechanism for enterprises to meet their actual development needs, thereby effectively improve their technological innovation ability and strengthen their core competitiveness.
