中國家電制造企業(yè)國際化能力評價體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:世界經(jīng)濟的一體化,金融市場的國際化,企業(yè)經(jīng)營的全球化顯示著經(jīng)濟體之間相互依賴程度的不斷加深,人們已經(jīng)不能獨立地看待某一個地區(qū)的繁榮與衰退。中國家電制造企業(yè)不應(yīng)只立足于本國市場,更應(yīng)努力拓展國際市場。從行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)來看,全球家電行業(yè)是高度競爭的行業(yè),家電廠商追求規(guī)模經(jīng)濟,都在不斷擴大規(guī)模降低生產(chǎn)成本。由此看出,家電行業(yè)的競爭非常激烈,家電企業(yè)國際化能力的培養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為制造企業(yè)關(guān)注的熱點和最新的努力方向,這將成為企業(yè)的一個重要的研究課題。 文章嘗試性地構(gòu)建了一套由7個一級指標(biāo)、21個二級指標(biāo)組成的多層次國際化能力評價指標(biāo)體系,該指標(biāo)體系能夠幫助家電制造企業(yè)全面了解國際化的實際情況,利用國際化能力評價的結(jié)果來診斷企業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營中存在的問題,以改善企業(yè)的國際化管理,增強企業(yè)的國際市場競爭力,提高企業(yè)的國際化經(jīng)營水平。在國際化能力評價方法選擇上,文章分析比較了現(xiàn)有幾種主要的評價方法,選用模糊評價法作為綜合評價方法,詳細(xì)介紹了利用國際化能力評價的步驟。為驗證該評價體系的有效性和可行性,文章還選用了三家典型制造企業(yè)對該評價方法模型進行實例應(yīng)用,并通過實例應(yīng)用將本文構(gòu)建的國際化能力評價指標(biāo)體系和提出評價方法融為一體。
[Abstract]:The integration of the world economy, the internationalization of the financial market and the globalization of the enterprise management show that the degree of interdependence between the economies is deepening, people can no longer independently look at the prosperity and recession of a certain region. Chinese home appliance manufacturers should not only base themselves on the domestic market, but also try to expand the international market. From the perspective of industry structure, the global household appliance industry is a highly competitive industry, appliance manufacturers pursue economies of scale, they are constantly expanding scale to reduce production costs. Therefore, the competition of home appliance industry is very fierce, and the cultivation of internationalization ability of home appliance enterprises has become the focus of attention and the latest direction of efforts of manufacturing enterprises, which will become an important research topic for enterprises. This paper tries to construct a set of multi-level internationalization capability evaluation index system, which is composed of 7 first-level indexes and 21 second-level indexes. This index system can help the household appliance manufacturing enterprises to understand the actual situation of internationalization in an all-round way. In order to improve the international management, enhance the competitiveness of the international market, and improve the level of international management, the evaluation results of the internationalization ability of enterprises are used to diagnose the problems existing in the international management of enterprises. On the choice of internationalization ability evaluation method, this paper analyzes and compares several main evaluation methods, selects fuzzy evaluation method as comprehensive evaluation method, and introduces the steps of internationalization ability evaluation in detail. In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system, three typical manufacturing enterprises are selected to apply the evaluation method model. The evaluation index system of internationalization ability and the evaluation method are combined by the application of examples.
