【摘要】：在區(qū)域技術(shù)效率的比較研究中,大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)采用SFA方法進(jìn)行分析,一般認(rèn)為東中西部技術(shù)效率水平存在顯著差異且東部與中西部的差距呈擴(kuò)大化趨勢(shì)。然而SFA方法將所有區(qū)域看作一個(gè)整體,忽略了地區(qū)間技術(shù)條件的差異性,使得區(qū)域間技術(shù)效率的比較缺乏可靠性,因此本文采用共同前沿方法(MFA),將各區(qū)域置于共同前沿面上進(jìn)行比較分析。通過(guò)構(gòu)建超越對(duì)數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,利用我國(guó)1998~2012年裝備制造業(yè)東中西部的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)區(qū)域間技術(shù)條件存在顯著差異,中西部裝備制造業(yè)技術(shù)效率水平呈現(xiàn)向東部追趕的效應(yīng)而非擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì),有異于大部分采用SFA方法研究的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In the comparative study of regional technical efficiency, the SFA method is used to analyze the majority of literatures. It is generally considered that there are significant differences in the level of technical efficiency between the east and the west and the gap between the east and the central and western regions shows a trend of expansion. However, the SFA method regards all regions as a whole, neglecting the differences of technical conditions between regions, which makes the comparison of technical efficiency between regions lack of reliability. Therefore, the common frontier method is used in this paper, and the regions are placed on the common front surface for comparative analysis. By constructing the model of transcendental logarithmic production function and using the relevant data of equipment manufacturing industry in China from 1998 to 2012, it is found that there are significant differences in technical conditions among regions in China. The technical efficiency level of equipment manufacturing industry in the central and western regions shows the trend of catching up to the east rather than expanding, which is different from the results of most studies using SFA method.
