【摘要】：文章基于制造型企業(yè)"走出去"戰(zhàn)略實施階段性特點,在戰(zhàn)略實施之前、實施過程中及事后整合風險進行識別的基礎上,分析相應的風險防控措施,以期為制造型企業(yè)"走出去"戰(zhàn)略順利實施,提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the stage characteristics of "going out" strategy implementation of manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the corresponding risk prevention and control measures on the basis of risk identification during and after the implementation of the strategy. The purpose is to provide decision-making reference for the successful implementation of the "going out" strategy for manufacturing enterprises.
