【摘要】：伴隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以及貿(mào)易全球化進程加速，光電通信行業(yè)也迎來更大的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)，企業(yè)為了保證利潤和滿足客戶個性化需求必須保證產(chǎn)品的及時更新。然而，多品種小批量生產(chǎn)環(huán)境為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃與控制帶來很大困擾，導(dǎo)致在制品積壓嚴重，產(chǎn)品制造周期居高不下，嚴重影響企業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)與產(chǎn)品交付。 本課題以武漢光迅科技股份有限公司作為研究對象，試圖通過深入的分析研究，，探索能夠更好適應(yīng)多品種小批量生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制機制，以增加企業(yè)在新環(huán)境下的競爭實力。首先結(jié)合光迅公司外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部狀況，剖析現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)計劃與控制體系的缺陷，進而有針對性的從產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃與協(xié)調(diào)、車間作業(yè)計劃、生產(chǎn)績效評估三個環(huán)節(jié)進行優(yōu)化研究。產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃與協(xié)調(diào)方面，通過規(guī)范產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃流程和建立產(chǎn)能關(guān)聯(lián)表來實現(xiàn)人力和設(shè)備需求的快速、準確評估。車間作業(yè)計劃方面，運用約束理論和數(shù)據(jù)模型與決策，提出多品種小批量環(huán)境下車間作業(yè)計劃的設(shè)計原則與思路，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能瓶頸識別與控制、前拉后推式的車間生產(chǎn)計劃控制機制。生產(chǎn)績效評估方面，改變原有的單一指標效率評估機制，運用OPE綜合效率對時間損失進行分層分析，為改善工作提供方向和依據(jù)。論文最后進行結(jié)論與展望，總結(jié)了光迅公司生產(chǎn)計劃與控制系統(tǒng)的改進成果，以及研究過程中遇到的問題，從而為將來研究提供方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of the process of trade globalization, the photoelectric communication industry also ushered in greater opportunities and challenges. In order to ensure profits and meet the personalized needs of customers, enterprises must ensure the timely updating of products. However, the multi-variety and small-batch production environment brings a lot of trouble to the production planning and control of enterprises, which leads to a serious backlog of in-process products and a high production cycle, which seriously affects the capital turnover and product delivery of enterprises. Taking Wuhan Guangxun Science and Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, this paper attempts to explore the production planning and control mechanism that can better adapt to the multi-variety and small-batch production environment through in-depth analysis and research. In order to increase the competitive strength of enterprises in the new environment. Firstly, combined with the external environment and internal situation of Guangxun Company, the defects of the existing production planning and control system are analyzed, and then the optimization research is carried out from three aspects: capacity planning and coordination, workshop job plan and production performance evaluation. In terms of capacity planning and coordination, rapid and accurate assessment of manpower and equipment requirements is achieved by standardizing production planning processes and establishing capacity correlation tables. In the aspect of workshop scheduling, by using constraint theory, data model and decision, this paper puts forward the design principle and thought of workshop job plan in multi-variety and small batch environment, and realizes the identification and control of productivity bottleneck. Pre-pull-back-push workshop production planning control mechanism. In the aspect of production performance evaluation, the former single index efficiency evaluation mechanism is changed, and the OPE comprehensive efficiency is used to analyze the time loss in order to provide the direction and basis for improving the work. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are given, and the improvement results of the production planning and control system of Guangxun Company are summarized, as well as the problems encountered in the course of the research, so as to provide the direction for the future research.
