【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的科學(xué)化、環(huán)�；潭炔粩嗟奶嵘�,能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)正在不斷的發(fā)生變化,清潔無污染的能源資源逐漸成為驅(qū)動社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要動力,其中最具代表性的就是電力資源的開發(fā)與利用。實(shí)踐生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明電力事業(yè)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定具有極其重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值和社會價值,現(xiàn)今無論是國家政府還是民間資本都越來越重視和關(guān)注電力工程的建設(shè)投入,投身水電項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)成為諸多社會投資資本所親睞的對象,尤其是在當(dāng)下社會資源緊缺、電價飛漲的時代背景下,投資水電項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)具有很強(qiáng)的投資價值,通過參股或者控股的形式繼而有效實(shí)現(xiàn)自身投資利益的穩(wěn)定。本文以益地水電站項(xiàng)目投資可行性為主要研究對象,在綜合借助各類研究方法的基礎(chǔ)上對其形成客觀準(zhǔn)確的投資評價,為同類型的項(xiàng)目投資提供科學(xué)的意見參考,推動各類項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的順利發(fā)展。 本論文中我主要從四個方面進(jìn)行分析和研究。第一部分主要是論述和研究項(xiàng)目提出背景以及投資可行性,從整體上對論文結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行概括和闡述。第二個部分主要是研究水電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資價值,明確項(xiàng)目投資的評價對象,通過項(xiàng)目市場因素分析、風(fēng)險因素的管理、建設(shè)施工條件的技術(shù)水平以及潛在的問題和不足的分析對整體項(xiàng)目的可行性形成完整的評價體系,多角度、全方位的作出準(zhǔn)確科學(xué)的評價。第三個部分則是對益地水電站項(xiàng)目的具體投資環(huán)境和條件進(jìn)行分析和研究,從項(xiàng)目投資財(cái)務(wù)評價、投資計(jì)劃與資金籌措、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、總成本費(fèi)用、清償能力、盈利能力等方面對項(xiàng)目投資可行性具體問題采取有針對性的研究。第四個部分則是側(cè)重對于投資風(fēng)險問題以及其潛在的影響因素進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)化的研究和分析。 在研究的過程中通過收集、整理、分析和研究益地水電站的相關(guān)項(xiàng)目資料以及國內(nèi)相似項(xiàng)目建設(shè)信息數(shù)據(jù),并有效結(jié)合行業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,對項(xiàng)目投資的額度以及投資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析,項(xiàng)目的可行性評價部分通過對項(xiàng)目的必要性評價、建設(shè)條件的評價、市場風(fēng)險因素的分析以及項(xiàng)目國民經(jīng)濟(jì)評估,進(jìn)而有效的提出向投資策略,最終通過對資金安全策略、風(fēng)險識別及退出機(jī)制的研究有效的控制和管理項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險,為益地水電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)工作的順利開展提供可靠的參考意見,保障建設(shè)目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)以及建設(shè)任務(wù)的圓滿完成。 經(jīng)過對本項(xiàng)目的細(xì)致研究以及分析,認(rèn)為益地水電項(xiàng)目的投資可行性較好。項(xiàng)目采用建設(shè)技術(shù)、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容以及預(yù)期的市場規(guī)模等條件都處于較高的期望值。
[Abstract]:With the scientific development of social economy and the continuous improvement of environmental protection, the structure of energy consumption is constantly changing. Clean and non-polluting energy resources are becoming an important driving force for the development of social economy. One of the most representative is the development and utilization of power resources. Practical production experience has proved that the stability of the development of electric power industry has extremely important economic and social value. Nowadays, both the national government and the private capital pay more and more attention to the construction investment of electric power project. Investment in the construction of hydropower projects has become the object of many social investment capital, especially in the current social resources shortage, electricity price skyrocketing background, the construction of hydropower projects have a strong investment value. Through equity or holding the form of effective realization of their own investment interests stability. This paper takes the feasibility of Yidi Hydropower Station project investment as the main research object, forms an objective and accurate investment evaluation on the basis of synthetically using various research methods, and provides scientific opinions and references for the same type of project investment. To promote the smooth development of various projects. In this paper, I mainly from four aspects of analysis and research. The first part mainly discusses the background of the research project and the feasibility of investment, and summarizes and expounds the structure of the thesis as a whole. The second part mainly studies the investment value of hydropower construction project, defines the evaluation object of the project investment, analyzes the market factors of the project, and manages the risk factors. The technical level of construction conditions and the analysis of potential problems and deficiencies form a complete evaluation system for the feasibility of the whole project and make an accurate and scientific evaluation from various angles and all directions. The third part is to analyze and study the specific investment environment and conditions of Yidi Hydropower Station project, from the aspects of project investment financial evaluation, investment plan and fund raising, basic data, total cost, solvency, Profitability and other aspects of the project investment feasibility specific issues to take targeted research. The fourth part focuses on structured research and analysis of investment risk and its potential factors. In the course of the research, through collecting, sorting, analyzing and studying the relevant project data of Yidi Hydropower Station and the domestic similar project construction information data, and effectively combining the actual situation of the industry development, The amount of investment and the investment risk are analyzed. The feasibility evaluation part of the project is based on the evaluation of the necessity of the project, the evaluation of the construction conditions, the analysis of the market risk factors and the evaluation of the national economy of the project. Finally, through the research of fund security strategy, risk identification and exit mechanism, we can effectively control and manage the project investment risk. It can provide reliable reference for the construction of Yidi Hydropower Project and ensure the smooth realization of the construction goal and the successful completion of the construction task. After careful study and analysis of the project, it is concluded that the investment feasibility of Yidi hydropower project is good. The construction technology, the design content and the expected market scale of the project are all in high expectation.
