【摘要】：蘇州絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國的絲綢史上占有重要的地位。上世紀(jì)90年代，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，蘇州絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重滑坡，企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)、拍賣、倒閉現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。2008年金融危機(jī)以后，蘇州絲綢業(yè)更是危機(jī)四伏。分析和研究影響蘇州絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)的主要障礙因素，尋求振興蘇州絲綢業(yè)的有效途徑十分必要和緊迫。 本文在分析蘇州絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)歷史和現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，通過分析市場需求、原料供應(yīng)、勞動力、匯率變化、行業(yè)管理、品牌影響力、貿(mào)易壁壘、企業(yè)融資、科技創(chuàng)新等方面對絲綢業(yè)的影響，發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)蕭條使國際市場需求萎縮、國內(nèi)市場開發(fā)不足、絲綢原料價格波動過大、匯率不穩(wěn)定、勞動力成本上升、勞動力供給量不足、缺乏具有競爭力的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織與管理機(jī)制不健全、缺乏有效的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策支持、企業(yè)融資困難、缺乏有影響力的品牌、技術(shù)水平和技術(shù)裝備發(fā)展滯后、貿(mào)易壁壘等是影響蘇州絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的障礙因素。運(yùn)用主成分因子分析法，從中提取出企業(yè)融資難和品牌影響力弱、國內(nèi)市場開發(fā)不足和缺乏有效的行業(yè)管理、缺乏勞動力和有競爭力的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等主要障礙因素。針對主要障礙因素，，并借鑒其他地區(qū)絲綢業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出了振興蘇州絲綢業(yè)的對策和建議。指出只有通過改善企業(yè)的融資環(huán)境，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的融資能力；重視培育品牌，提高品牌的影響力；大力開發(fā)國內(nèi)市場，擴(kuò)大國內(nèi)市場份額；改善行業(yè)管理，營造健康、有序的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境；開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，提高企業(yè)的技術(shù)裝備水平，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)步；增進(jìn)農(nóng)工貿(mào)合作，形成和發(fā)展運(yùn)行效率高、價值創(chuàng)造大、競爭力強(qiáng)的絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等，才能使絲綢業(yè)持續(xù)作為蘇州經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的增長點(diǎn)。 本文的研究成果有助于促進(jìn)蘇州絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Suzhou silk industry occupies an important position in the silk history of our country. In the 1990s, with the adjustment of the economic structure of our country, the silk industry in Suzhou had a serious decline, the enterprises changed production, auctioned and closed down seriously. After the financial crisis of 2008, the Suzhou silk industry was even more perilous. It is necessary and urgent to analyze and study the main obstacle factors affecting Suzhou silk industry and to seek effective ways to revitalize Suzhou silk industry. On the basis of analyzing the history and present situation of Suzhou silk industry, this paper analyzes the market demand, raw material supply, labor force, exchange rate change, industry management, brand influence, trade barrier, enterprise financing. The impact of scientific and technological innovation on the silk industry shows that the economic depression has caused the international market demand to shrink, the domestic market has been underdeveloped, silk raw material prices have fluctuated too much, the exchange rate has been unstable, labor costs have risen, and the supply of labor has been insufficient. Lack of competitive industrial chain, imperfect industrial organization and management mechanism, lack of effective industrial policy support, difficulties in financing enterprises, lack of influential brands, lagging behind in the development of technology and equipment, Trade barriers are the obstacles to the development of Suzhou silk industry. By using principal component factor analysis, the main obstacle factors, such as the difficulty of enterprise financing and weak brand influence, the lack of domestic market development and effective industry management, the lack of labor force and competitive industrial chain, are extracted. Aiming at the main obstacle factors and drawing lessons from the experience of the development of silk industry in other regions, the countermeasures and suggestions for revitalizing the silk industry in Suzhou are put forward. It is pointed out that only by improving the financing environment of enterprises, strengthening the financing ability of enterprises, attaching importance to cultivating brands and increasing the influence of brands, vigorously developing the domestic market, expanding domestic market share, improving industry management, creating health, An orderly industrial environment; technological innovation to improve the technological equipment level of enterprises and promote industrial progress; to enhance agricultural, industrial and trade cooperation; to form and develop silk industrial chains with high operational efficiency, great value creation, and strong competitiveness, etc. Only then can the silk industry continue to be the growth point of Suzhou economy and culture industry. The research results of this paper are helpful to promote the sustainable development of Suzhou silk industry.
