【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)風險管理在項目管理中有著非常重要的地位,有效的項目風險管理可以提高項目的成功率。IT項目管理同樣需要項目風險管理,但由于IT項目自身的特點：需求變更的不確定性,項目規(guī)模估算誤差、項目完成過程受制于人員等因素影響等,導致了傳統(tǒng)的項目風險分析方法和經驗在IT行業(yè)中無法得到充分應用和借鑒。雖然國外已有完整的IT項目風險管理體系(如PMBOK等),但也不能完全適應我國IT項目的特征,尤其是廣大中小軟件企業(yè),由于人才、技術、資金等多種因素的限制,無法組建過于龐大的隊伍來實施IT項目風險管理。 本文在系統(tǒng)分析當前流行的IT項目風險管理理論的基礎上,對A公司的IT項目風險管理的特點進行了全面分析,提出了切實可行的風險管理策略方法,提煉了組織保障、制度保障以及實際風險管理操作方法。本文中,對A公司IT研發(fā)項目案例過程中的風險識別、風險分析評估進行了較為詳細的跟蹤描述,并對識別出的風險逐一進行分析,詳細的給出了特定項目風險的應對措施,探索出一套適合A公司IT項目風險管理的方法和步驟。本文闡述的IT項目風險管理研究方法可以幫助類似的中小IT企業(yè)管理者建立適合各自特點的IT風險管理體系,提供可實際操作的項目風險控制方法。
[Abstract]:Traditional risk management plays an important role in project management. Effective project risk management can improve the success rate of the project. It project management also needs project risk management. However, due to the characteristics of IT project itself, such as uncertainty of demand change, error of project scale estimation, the process of project completion is influenced by personnel, etc. As a result, the traditional project risk analysis method and experience in IT industry can not be fully applied and used for reference. Although there is a complete risk management system for IT projects abroad (such as PMBOK, etc.), it can not fully adapt to the characteristics of IT projects in our country, especially for the small and medium-sized software enterprises, because of the limitations of many factors, such as talent, technology, capital and so on. Unable to build too large a team to implement IT project risk management. Based on the systematic analysis of the current popular IT project risk management theory, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of IT project risk management in Company A, puts forward a feasible risk management strategy method, and refines the organizational guarantee. System guarantee and actual risk management operation method. In this paper, the risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation of IT R & D project cases of company A are followed and described in detail, and the identified risks are analyzed one by one, and the measures to deal with the risk of a specific project are given in detail. To explore a set of suitable A company IT project risk management methods and steps. The research method of IT project risk management described in this paper can help managers of small and medium-sized IT enterprises to set up IT risk management system suitable for their own characteristics and provide practical project risk control methods.
