【摘要】：國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,制造業(yè)服務(wù)化是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。一方面從全球經(jīng)濟(jì)背景來看,當(dāng)今世界已經(jīng)進(jìn)入服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代;另一方面,世界先進(jìn)制造企業(yè)紛紛進(jìn)行了從單純的制造到向客戶提供具有高附加價(jià)值的服務(wù)活動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)型。當(dāng)前,珠三角制造業(yè)正值產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵期,以制造業(yè)服務(wù)化為切入點(diǎn),推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的模式為制造轉(zhuǎn)型提供了一個(gè)新的契機(jī)。本文首先對(duì)制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的概念及其歷史演變、驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、相關(guān)的實(shí)證研究及其實(shí)踐應(yīng)用做了梳理歸納,并在此基礎(chǔ)上利用產(chǎn)業(yè)分工理論、價(jià)值鏈理論、交易成本理論闡述制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的理論機(jī)制;接著從政府、企業(yè)角度分析制造業(yè)服務(wù)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并深入分析其制約因素,在投入產(chǎn)出法的基礎(chǔ)上驗(yàn)證珠三角制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最后給出發(fā)展路徑及其對(duì)策建議。論文的主要結(jié)論如下:珠三角制造業(yè)對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的依賴和服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)的依賴同時(shí)呈遞增趨勢(shì),兩產(chǎn)業(yè)相互滲透、相互影響,并且這一緊密結(jié)合的程度隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越明顯。珠三角制造業(yè)服務(wù)化存在的主要制約因素有:制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)層次低、服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不完善、服務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)及冒險(xiǎn)精神的缺乏。綜合上述分析,得出珠三角發(fā)展制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的路徑為:(1)基于制造業(yè)價(jià)值鏈延伸服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈;(2)基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì);(3)基于服務(wù)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新“反哺”制造業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Domestic and foreign experience shows that manufacturing service is the inevitable trend of industrial development. On the one hand, from the global economic background, the world has entered the era of service economy; on the other hand, the world's advanced manufacturing enterprises have carried out the transformation from simple manufacturing to providing customers with high additional value of service activities. At present, the Pearl River Delta manufacturing industry is in the critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading. The mode of promoting the integration and development of manufacturing industry provides a new opportunity for manufacturing transformation with the service-oriented manufacturing industry as the breakthrough point. In this paper, the concept of service-oriented manufacturing industry and its historical evolution, driving factors, relevant empirical research and its practical application are summarized, and on this basis, the theory of industrial division of labor and value chain theory are used. The theory of transaction cost explains the theoretical mechanism of service-oriented manufacturing industry, then analyzes the present situation of service-oriented manufacturing industry from the angle of government and enterprise, and deeply analyzes the restrictive factors of service-oriented manufacturing industry. Based on the input-output method, this paper verifies the development trend of the service manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta, and finally gives the development path and the countermeasures and suggestions. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: the dependence of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing industry on the service industry and the service industry dependence on the manufacturing industry is increasing at the same time, the two industries infiltrate each other and influence each other. And the degree of this close combination with the development of the industry more and more obvious. The main factors restricting the service of the manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta are the low level of the manufacturing industry, the imperfect structure of the service industry, the lack of strategic consciousness of service and the lack of the spirit of adventure. Based on the above analysis, it is concluded that the path of developing manufacturing service-oriented in the Pearl River Delta is: 1) extending service industry chain based on manufacturing value chain (2) developing service economy based on the advantage of industrial cluster; (3) innovating "feeding" manufacturing industry based on service industry.
