【摘要】：文章分析了現(xiàn)有綠色建筑和低碳建筑技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的研究現(xiàn)狀,討論了建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的集成性特點(diǎn),從系統(tǒng)管理角度構(gòu)建了低碳技術(shù)集成創(chuàng)新管理的評價測度體系;運(yùn)用探索性因子分析方法甄選出低碳技術(shù)集成創(chuàng)新管理評價的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),驗(yàn)證其科學(xué)性和有效性,并對各指標(biāo)來源和計(jì)算方法做了探討。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以系統(tǒng)管理角度構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系能較好地評價建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的低碳技術(shù)集成創(chuàng)新的總體績效,兼顧全面,為建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)低碳項(xiàng)目技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評價提供了一個新的思路和方法借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present research status of green building and low carbon building technology innovation, discusses the integrated characteristics of low carbon technology innovation in construction industry, and constructs the evaluation measure system of low carbon technology integrated innovation management from the point of view of system management. Using exploratory factor analysis method to select the key index of low carbon technology integrated innovation management evaluation, to verify its scientific and effective, and to discuss the source and calculation method of each index. It is found that the index system constructed from the perspective of system management can better evaluate the overall performance of low-carbon technology integration innovation in construction projects and give consideration to all aspects. It provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of technology innovation of low carbon projects in construction industry.
