大冶鐵礦綠色礦山建設(shè)途徑研究

【摘要】:2010年國(guó)土資源部頒布了《關(guān)于貫徹落實(shí)全國(guó)礦業(yè)資源規(guī)劃發(fā)展綠色礦業(yè)建設(shè)綠色礦山工作的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》,提出力爭(zhēng)1-3年完成一批示范試點(diǎn)綠色礦山建設(shè)工作。大冶鐵礦于2012年進(jìn)入國(guó)家級(jí)綠色礦山建設(shè)試點(diǎn)名單。本文以大冶鐵礦綠色礦山建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘、環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)、生態(tài)調(diào)查、資料收集等方法,對(duì)照《國(guó)家級(jí)綠色礦山基本條件》的要求,以國(guó)家相關(guān)政策、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù),采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查法、資料分析法、項(xiàng)目類(lèi)比法、專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)法等手段,開(kāi)展了大冶鐵礦綠色礦山建設(shè)途徑研究。大冶鐵礦是武鋼的重要原料基地,經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)十年的開(kāi)采,礦石資源已逐漸枯竭,生產(chǎn)能力已從最初300萬(wàn)噸/年下降至120萬(wàn)噸/年,開(kāi)采方式從最初露天開(kāi)采轉(zhuǎn)為井下開(kāi)采,并逐漸向深部發(fā)展。大冶鐵礦綠色礦山建設(shè)存在的主要問(wèn)題是:①隨著開(kāi)采深度的增加,礦體回采難度增大,殘礦、難采礦體將增多;②伴生礦資源回收效率偏低;③廢石尾礦綜合利用率亟待加強(qiáng);④廢水循環(huán)利用率79.9%偏低,球團(tuán)二氧化硫總量控制不能滿(mǎn)足要求;⑤現(xiàn)有土地復(fù)墾率45%,剩余5000畝廢石場(chǎng)有待復(fù)墾;⑥存在高陡邊坡約10×104m2,20000m排截水溝等地質(zhì)環(huán)境問(wèn)題需進(jìn)一步整治。本文分近期和遠(yuǎn)期(展望期)提出了綠色礦山建設(shè)目標(biāo)和建設(shè)任務(wù)。其綠色礦山建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)是資源高效開(kāi)發(fā)和綜合利用。用充填法采礦工藝替代現(xiàn)有崩落法采礦工藝,可提高礦石回采率10%,降低礦石貧化率10%。加強(qiáng)金、銀、銅、硫等伴生礦選礦回收,可顯著改善礦山經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,支持礦山可持續(xù)發(fā)展。依據(jù)綠色礦山建設(shè)任務(wù),提出了重點(diǎn)工程,近期項(xiàng)目18項(xiàng),合計(jì)投資116985.41萬(wàn)元;遠(yuǎn)期項(xiàng)目9項(xiàng),合計(jì)投資21639萬(wàn)元。通過(guò)重點(diǎn)工程的實(shí)施,采礦回收率、選礦鐵回收率、銅回收率分別達(dá)到85%;采礦貧化率小于12%;廢石利用率提高15個(gè)百分點(diǎn)達(dá)到36%;尾礦利用率提高45百分點(diǎn)達(dá)到56%;廢水循環(huán)利用率提高5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)達(dá)到85%;土地復(fù)墾率提高10個(gè)百分點(diǎn)達(dá)到55%。至2015年可全面實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色礦山建設(shè)目標(biāo),至2020年大冶鐵礦在綠色礦山建設(shè)方面將取得更大業(yè)績(jī),為資源枯竭型企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)和示范作用。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the Ministry of Land and Resources promulgated the "guiding opinions on implementing the National Mining Resources Plan for the Development of Green Mines" and proposed that a number of demonstration pilot green mine construction work should be completed in 1-3 years. Daye Iron Mine in 2012 into the national green mine construction pilot list. This paper takes the construction of green mine in Daye Iron Mine as the research object, through the methods of field exploration, environmental monitoring, ecological investigation and data collection, contrasts with the requirements of "basic conditions of National Green Mine", and bases on the relevant national policies and standards. By means of field investigation, data analysis, project analogy and expert consultation, the construction of green mine in Daye Iron Mine is studied. Daye Iron Mine is an important raw material base of WISCO. After decades of mining, ore resources have gradually dried up, the production capacity has dropped from the initial 3 million tons per year to 1.2 million tons per year, and the mining mode has changed from initial open-pit mining to downhole mining. And gradually to the deep development. The main problem in the construction of green mine in Daye Iron Mine is that with the increase of mining depth, it is more difficult to recover ore body, and the recovery efficiency of associated mineral resources is low. (3) the comprehensive utilization ratio of waste tailings needs to be strengthened urgently, 79.9% of waste water recycling efficiency is on the low side, the total amount control of pellet sulfur dioxide can not meet the requirements of 45% of the existing land reclamation rate, and the remaining 5000 mu of waste rock fields need to be reclaimed; (6) the geological environmental problems of high and steep slope, such as 10 脳 10 ~ 4 m ~ (2 +) ~ 2 000 m water cut gully and so on, need to be further remedied. In this paper, the aim and task of green mine construction are put forward in the short and long term. The key point of its green mine construction is the efficient exploitation and comprehensive utilization of resources. By replacing the existing caving mining process with filling mining process, the recovery rate of ore can be increased by 10% and the dilution rate of ore can be reduced by 10%. Strengthening the recovery of gold, silver, copper, sulfur and other associated minerals can significantly improve the economic benefits of mines and support the sustainable development of mines. According to the task of green mine construction, this paper puts forward the key projects, 18 items of recent projects, with a total investment of 1.1698541 billion yuan, and 9 items of forward projects, with a total investment of 216.39 million yuan. Through the implementation of key projects, mining recovery rate, iron recovery rate, Copper recovery reached 85% respectively; mining dilution rate was less than 12%; utilization ratio of waste rock increased 15% to 36%; utilization ratio of tailings increased 45% to 56%; recycling efficiency of waste water increased 5% to 85%; and land reclamation rate increased. Ten percent reached 55 percent. By 2015, the goal of green mine construction can be fully realized. By 2020, Daye Iron Mine will make greater achievements in green mine construction, and play a leading and exemplary role in the transformation of resource-exhausted enterprises.
