【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,企業(yè)開始重視人力資源管理,開始意識到要想在行業(yè)競爭中具有絕對優(yōu)勢,就必須激發(fā)員工的潛能和才智,這樣的企業(yè)才更具有活力。而在企業(yè)人力資源管理過程中,對員工的激勵則突顯出其重要性。激勵是企業(yè)人力資源管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是其重要內(nèi)容之一,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在?茖W(xué)的激勵機(jī)制對于企業(yè)調(diào)動員工的積極性,培養(yǎng)員工對企業(yè)發(fā)展的責(zé)任感和使命感有著非凡的意義,因而,企業(yè)要想發(fā)展,就必須建立起科學(xué)有效的激勵機(jī)制。在當(dāng)今的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,越來越多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)把員工激勵作為公司管理的戰(zhàn)略性問題,而員工激勵不足將對企業(yè)的管理有著重大影響。 本文首先通過對國內(nèi)外激勵理論的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和成果的理論綜述,闡述激勵的內(nèi)涵及原則。之后選擇SM機(jī)械制造公司的員工激勵體系作為研究對象,運用一系列科學(xué)的研究方法,分析該企業(yè)的員工激勵體系的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出該體系中存在的問題,分析原因,并在該分析基礎(chǔ)上為SM機(jī)械制造公司的發(fā)展需要設(shè)計適合的員工激勵模式,并依據(jù)該模式提出具體的解決對策和相關(guān)措施,從而進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)該公司在市場當(dāng)中的競爭力。與以往激勵方面的研究成果相比,針對SM機(jī)械制造公司激勵體系所作的研究更具實際性和實用性,一方面研究的對象具有典型性和代表性,另一方面研究的結(jié)果可為同等類型的企業(yè)提供關(guān)于激勵問題的建設(shè)性解決方案。 通過對SM機(jī)械制造公司的研究得出以下結(jié)論,企業(yè)的員工激勵體系對企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用,在制定和實施激勵制度的過程當(dāng)中,企業(yè)應(yīng)該站在員工的角度,,從員工的具體需求出發(fā),需求不同,激勵對策也應(yīng)該有所不同,這樣才能提升企業(yè)的市場地位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy, enterprises begin to attach importance to human resource management, and begin to realize that if they want to have absolute advantage in the competition of the industry, they must stimulate the potential and intelligence of their employees. In the process of enterprise human resource management, the motivation of employees highlights its importance. Incentive is an important link of enterprise human resource management, is also one of its important contents, is the key of enterprise development. The scientific incentive mechanism is of great significance for the enterprise to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and cultivate the sense of responsibility and mission for the development of the enterprise. Therefore, if the enterprise wants to develop, it must establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism. In the current economic environment, more and more enterprises have taken employee incentive as a strategic problem in the management of the company, and the lack of employee incentive will have a significant impact on the management of the enterprise. In this paper, the connotation and principle of incentive theory are expounded by summarizing the relevant literature and achievements of incentive theory at home and abroad. Then select the employee incentive system of SM Machinery Manufacturing Company as the research object, use a series of scientific research methods, analyze the current situation of the employee incentive system in this enterprise, and then summarize the existing problems in the system and analyze the reasons. On the basis of the analysis, this paper designs a suitable employee incentive model for the development of SM Machinery Manufacturing Company, and puts forward specific solutions and relevant measures according to the model, so as to further enhance the competitiveness of the company in the market. Compared with the previous research results, the research on the incentive system of SM Machinery Manufacturing Company is more practical and practical. On the one hand, the research object is typical and representative. On the other hand, the results of the study can provide a constructive solution to the incentive problem for the same type of enterprise. Through the research of SM Machinery Manufacturing Company, the following conclusions are drawn: the employee incentive system plays an important role in the development of the enterprise. In the process of formulating and implementing the incentive system, the enterprise should stand in the perspective of the staff. According to the specific needs of employees, different needs, incentives should also be different, so as to enhance the market position of enterprises.
