吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究

【摘要】:在我國汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展史上,1953年第一汽車廠在長春興建是一座高聳的里程碑。作為東北老工業(yè)基地的重要戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷近六十年的艱苦奮斗與持續(xù)發(fā)展,已經(jīng)形成以一汽集團為核心帶頭企業(yè),集技術(shù)研發(fā)、零部件生產(chǎn)、整車制造乃至物流運輸、整車銷售、售后服務等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈環(huán)節(jié)的大型汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。2011年,吉林省整車產(chǎn)量及銷量分別為163.2萬輛與166.7萬輛,約占國內(nèi)汽車市場份額的9.0%。2011年底,吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)共363家,當年實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值總計為4519億元,同比增長15.3%,當年實現(xiàn)工業(yè)增加值總計1233億元,同比增長10.6%;出口創(chuàng)收48億元,同比增長39.5%;總共實現(xiàn)利潤508億元,同比增長34.4%。1盡管在生產(chǎn)規(guī)模上、工業(yè)體系上,吉林省企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)取得了一定的成績,但仍需盡快強化自身以便面對不斷分化的汽車消費需求與持續(xù)增強的國際競爭壓力。目前,吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中存在問題主要集中體現(xiàn)在缺乏強有力的核心技術(shù)、整車企業(yè)與零部件企業(yè)發(fā)展程度不相匹配、內(nèi)部溝通交流機制不完善等,所以,如何發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)集群這一組織形式的作用,達到整合汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,提高集群內(nèi)企業(yè)競爭能力、分攤行業(yè)技術(shù)革新風險等目的,就成了目前研究中亟需解決的問題。 在本文的第一部分——引言中,首先介紹了本文的研究背景與研究意義,然后對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論的歷史發(fā)展進行了較為細致的梳理,并且對國內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)研究中的一些鮮明特點作出了分類與總結(jié)。 在第一章中,首先給出了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等相關(guān)概念,然后通過回顧產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的基本理論發(fā)展與相關(guān)文獻綜述,總結(jié)了在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成機理與競爭優(yōu)勢等。 在第二章中,本文將吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展歷程歸納為四個階段,分別為創(chuàng)立階段、發(fā)展階段、成長階段與成熟階段,,然后對每個階段的發(fā)展情況與目前吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展概況做出了描述。 在第三章中,本文指出了現(xiàn)階段吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的主要問題,如:研發(fā)投入不足,軟環(huán)境急需提升,零部件生產(chǎn)商生產(chǎn)水平落后,總體專業(yè)化程度低、經(jīng)營模式落后等;還由表及里的對上述各種問題深入探討,尋求其深層次的形成原因與歷史因素等。 在第四章中,本文對吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中所面臨的的主要問題提出了相應的對策建議,如改善汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所屬地的軟環(huán)境,強化配套產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)品競爭力和集群內(nèi)社會化網(wǎng)絡建設(shè)及更新經(jīng)營理念以期增強集群產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力等相關(guān)對策。 在本文的最后一章節(jié)中,匯總了全文各章節(jié)的主要結(jié)論,形成了全文的總體結(jié)論。在最后的結(jié)論中總結(jié)了吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所面臨的四種不同的問題和相應的對策結(jié)論,以期能夠為吉林省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展做出一定的理論指導與實際貢獻。
[Abstract]:In the history of automobile industry in China, the construction of the first automobile factory in Changchun in 1953 was a towering milestone. As an important strategic industry of the old industrial base in Northeast China, the automobile industry of Jilin Province has experienced hard struggle and sustained development for nearly 60 years. It has formed a leading enterprise with FAW Group as the core, gathering technology research and development, and producing parts and components. In 2011, the output and sales volume of complete vehicles in Jilin Province were 1.632 million and 1.667 million respectively, accounting for the share of domestic automobile market at the end of 2011. The total number of industrial enterprises above the scale of the automobile industry in Jilin Province is 363, with a total output value of 451.9 billion yuan in the current year, an increase of 15.3% over the same period last year, and a total increase of 10.6 yuan in industrial added value in the same year, an increase of 10.6 yuan, and 4.8 billion yuan in export income. A total profit of 50.8 billion yuan was realized, an increase of 34.4.1 although in terms of production scale and industrial system, Jilin Province enterprise industrial clusters have made certain achievements. But it still needs to strengthen itself as soon as possible in order to face the growing demand for automobile consumption and the increasing international competitive pressure. At present, the problems existing in the development of automobile industry cluster in Jilin Province are mainly reflected in the lack of strong core technology, the mismatch of the development degree between the whole vehicle enterprise and the parts enterprise, the imperfect internal communication and communication mechanism, etc. How to play the role of industrial cluster as a form of organization, to integrate the automobile industry chain, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster, and to share the risks of industrial technological innovation have become the problems that need to be solved in the current research. In the first part of this paper, the introduction, firstly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, then the historical development of industrial cluster theory is carefully combed. It also classifies and summarizes some distinct characteristics of domestic industrial cluster research. In the first chapter, the related concepts of industrial cluster and automobile industrial cluster are given, and then the formation mechanism and competitive advantage of industrial cluster are summarized by reviewing the basic theory development of industrial cluster and related literature review. In the second chapter, this paper summarizes the development process of Jilin automobile industry cluster into four stages, namely, the founding stage, the development stage, the growth stage and the mature stage. Then it describes the development of each stage and the current situation of automobile industry cluster in Jilin Province. In the third chapter, this paper points out the main problems in the development of automobile industry cluster in Jilin Province at present, such as insufficient R & D investment, poor soft environment, backward production level of component manufacturers and low degree of overall specialization. The business model is backward and so on, and from the outside to the inside, the above problems are discussed in depth, and the causes of its formation and historical factors are sought. In the fourth chapter, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the main problems in the development of automobile industry cluster in Jilin province, such as improving the soft environment of the automobile industry cluster. Strengthen the competitiveness of supporting industry products and the construction of social network in the cluster and renew the management concept in order to enhance the competitiveness of the cluster industry and other relevant countermeasures. In the last chapter of this paper, the main conclusions of each chapter are summarized and the overall conclusion is formed. In the final conclusion, this paper summarizes four different problems and corresponding countermeasures of automobile industry cluster in Jilin province, in order to make some theoretical guidance and practical contribution to the development of automobile industry cluster in Jilin province.
