南都電源公司戰(zhàn)略選擇研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展,南都電源公司已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)通信電源行業(yè)最具規(guī)模、最現(xiàn)代化、最有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男铍姵厣a(chǎn)企業(yè)之一。隨著公司的發(fā)展,公司面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都發(fā)生了較大的改變。中國(guó)政府提出科學(xué)發(fā)展方針,客觀上要求企業(yè)向低碳和環(huán)境友好型發(fā)展之路轉(zhuǎn)移,為積極響應(yīng)政府號(hào)召,公司將采用科學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行管理,促使企業(yè)向低碳和環(huán)境友好型轉(zhuǎn)變,為企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展打下良好基礎(chǔ)。為了應(yīng)對(duì)外部環(huán)境變化導(dǎo)致的威脅,市場(chǎng)發(fā)展提供的機(jī)會(huì),以及充分發(fā)掘公司內(nèi)部潛力,進(jìn)而抓住進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì),公司應(yīng)該對(duì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出選擇和整體規(guī)劃。因此,研究南都電源公司的戰(zhàn)略選擇問題具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 南都電源公司在行業(yè)中獲得了較高的知名度,已經(jīng)形成了相對(duì)成熟的企業(yè)文化和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。但是公司的發(fā)展環(huán)境較以前已經(jīng)發(fā)生了重大的變化,需要在戰(zhàn)略上做出調(diào)整。本文首先運(yùn)用PEST方法對(duì)公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,得到如下結(jié)論:世界經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代,公司面臨著很多不確定性;為解決氣候變化帶來的全球性影響,政府制定了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和節(jié)能減排規(guī)劃,對(duì)公司的主要業(yè)務(wù)鉛蓄電池生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響;然而南都電源公司在社會(huì)上具有較高的認(rèn)可度;技術(shù)研發(fā)能力和潛力都較高。在PEST分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文再運(yùn)用SWOT方法分析公司的SO戰(zhàn)略、ST戰(zhàn)略、WO戰(zhàn)略和WT戰(zhàn)略,并分析了每種戰(zhàn)略的主要思想和注意事項(xiàng)。PEST方法和SWOT方法的結(jié)合為分析公司戰(zhàn)略選擇提供了較為科學(xué)的依據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,本文還對(duì)南都電源公司未來三年的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展做了全方位的規(guī)劃,主要從短期的營(yíng)銷管理和投融資管理,中期的技術(shù)發(fā)展和人力資源管理,以及長(zhǎng)期的管理創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)文化品牌建設(shè)等六個(gè)方面做了詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃。在全面規(guī)劃的同時(shí),注意了各部門在時(shí)間和空間上的關(guān)聯(lián)性,更具科學(xué)性和合理性。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years of development, Nandu Power supply Company has become one of the most large-scale, modern and potential battery manufacturers in China. With the development of the company, the internal and external environment has changed greatly. The Chinese government has put forward a scientific development policy, which objectively requires enterprises to shift to low-carbon and environment-friendly development paths. In order to respond positively to the government's call, the company will adopt scientific management methods to promote enterprises to shift to low-carbon and environment-friendly development. For the long-term development of enterprises lay a good foundation. In order to deal with the threat caused by the external environment, the opportunities provided by the market development, and to fully explore the internal potential of the company, and then seize the opportunity for further development, the company should make the choice and overall planning of the development strategy. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the strategic choice of Nandu Power supply Company. Nandu Power supply Company has gained high reputation in the industry and has formed a relatively mature corporate culture and development strategy. But the company's development environment has undergone significant changes than before, the need to make strategic adjustments. In this paper, PEST method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the development of the company in detail, and the following conclusions are drawn: the world economy enters the post-financial crisis era, the company faces a lot of uncertainties, and to solve the global impact of climate change, The government has formulated industrial structure adjustment and energy saving and emission reduction plan, which has a serious impact on the main business of the company, lead-acid battery production. However, Nandu Power supply Company has a high recognition in society, and has high R & D capability and potential. On the basis of PEST analysis, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the so strategy, St strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy of the company. The paper also analyzes the main ideas of each strategy and the combination of the method of .PEST and the method of SWOT, which provides a scientific basis for the analysis of the company's strategic choice. On this basis, this paper also makes a comprehensive plan for the strategic development of Nandu Power supply Company in the next three years, mainly from short-term marketing management and investment and financing management, medium-term technology development and human resources management. And long-term management innovation and corporate culture brand building six aspects of detailed planning. At the same time, attention is paid to the relationship between time and space, which is more scientific and reasonable.
