【摘要】：中醫(yī)藥是中華民族幾千年的智慧結晶,它不僅為中華民族的繁衍和人民健康做出了不可磨滅的貢獻,而且也極大地促進了醫(yī)藥事業(yè)的發(fā)展。近年來,隨著我國經濟不斷發(fā)展、日益嚴重的人口老齡化程度以及越來越深的人民保健意識,這些都促使我國中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)應該不斷的提高和發(fā)展自己來適應當今社會的需求。本文通過中藥產業(yè)發(fā)展相關理論基礎的綜述,以九州通醫(yī)藥集團為主題,對其在中藥產業(yè)方向發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境、產業(yè)發(fā)展的內部環(huán)境進行分析后,不僅根據(jù)九州通醫(yī)藥集團在中藥產業(yè)經營發(fā)展中的特點,而且還根據(jù)整個市場的環(huán)境,利用SWOT分析法,為企業(yè)提供了進一步發(fā)展的方向。該方向是以對內發(fā)展優(yōu)勢的SO策略為主要發(fā)展策略,WO發(fā)展策略、ST發(fā)展策略以及WT發(fā)展策略為輔的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。于此同時,還為九州通醫(yī)藥集團中藥產業(yè)發(fā)展提供了戰(zhàn)略部署、戰(zhàn)略運營與戰(zhàn)略控制方案,希望這些研究能為企業(yè)充分發(fā)揮其自身的優(yōu)勢、克服企業(yè)自身的劣勢,合理整合資源以達到最終的目標提供一些幫助。也希望能為醫(yī)藥行業(yè)內的類似企業(yè)在產業(yè)經營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究方面提供一些具有參考價值的資料。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine is the wisdom of the Chinese nation for thousands of years, it not only for the reproduction of the Chinese nation and the health of the people made indelible contribution, but also greatly promoted the development of medicine.In recent years, with the continuous development of our economy, the increasingly serious aging of the population and the deeper and deeper awareness of people's health care, all these urge the Chinese medicine industry to constantly improve and develop itself to meet the needs of today's society.In this paper, by summarizing the theoretical basis of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry, taking Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Group as the theme, this paper analyzes the external environment and the internal environment of its development in the direction of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Not only according to the characteristics of Jiuzhoutong Medical Group in the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry, but also according to the market environment, the use of SWOT analysis provides a further development direction for the enterprise.This direction is based on the internal development advantage of so strategy as the main development strategy WO development strategy St development strategy and WT development strategy as a supplementary development strategy.At the same time, it also provides a strategic plan, strategic operation and strategic control scheme for the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Kyushu Tong Medical Group. It is hoped that these studies can give full play to their own advantages and overcome their own disadvantages.Rational integration of resources to achieve the ultimate goal to provide some help.It also hopes to provide some reference materials for similar enterprises in pharmaceutical industry in the research of industrial management and development strategy.
