服務型制造系統(tǒng)功能目標的決策模型及載體構建研究

【摘要】:當前,我國正處于推進信息化與工業(yè)化融合,大力發(fā)展新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展階段,如果做不好服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的相互融合工作,就難以提高工業(yè)化水平,難以提升國際競爭力。加快完善現(xiàn)代制造服務業(yè)體系,加強技術、物流、金融、商務、信息等服務對工業(yè)的支撐作用,走一條服務業(yè)和工業(yè)相互融合、相互促進、共同發(fā)展的新型工業(yè)化道路。服務型制造模式作為適應新型工業(yè)化道路的一種模式,借助這種新型模式來引導我國制造型企業(yè)的發(fā)展必然需要對這種先進模式進行研究。而服務型制造制造系統(tǒng)作為一種新型制造系統(tǒng),在其設計、更新、再造以及改進等方面大量面臨著系統(tǒng)功能以及系統(tǒng)功能目標的決策問題,因此,服務型制造系統(tǒng)相關問題亟待解決。 本文從概念、結構、功能方面對服務型制造系統(tǒng)做了全面闡釋,采用系統(tǒng)動力學方法研究了服務型制造系統(tǒng)功能目標的影響因素以及作用機理;建立了以包含AHP、TRIZ等思想的復合QFD理論為基礎的的服務型制造系統(tǒng)功能目標優(yōu)先級確定方法,給出了優(yōu)先級序列及功能目標優(yōu)先權重;建立配套的服務型制造系統(tǒng)功能目標決策體系以及例證分析為服務型制造企業(yè)提供技術支持以及應用參考,最后為使得系統(tǒng)功能目標的順利實施;本文最后提出了功能目標載體來支撐和保證目標的順利進行。 任何組織的運營系統(tǒng)決定了其競爭優(yōu)勢,系統(tǒng)功能決定了企業(yè)所提供的產品或服務是否能滿足用戶的需求,當前用戶需求的多樣化、高級化使得企業(yè)對系統(tǒng)要求越來越高,系統(tǒng)的功能目標也必須從顧客、競爭優(yōu)勢以及企業(yè)自身等多方面考慮。本文給出了各方面的影響因素下的各種功能目標的優(yōu)先級序列,,并以優(yōu)先級序列為權重對提出的幾個決策方案進行綜合選優(yōu),最終得出最優(yōu)方案,同時提出支持目標實施的結構化載體和非結構化載體對服務型制造系統(tǒng)功能目標制定與實現(xiàn)具有一定的指導和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the stage of promoting the integration of information and industrialization, and vigorously developing the new type of industrialization. If we fail to integrate the service industry and the manufacturing industry, it will be difficult to improve the level of industrialization and enhance the international competitiveness.We should speed up the improvement of the modern manufacturing service system, strengthen the supporting role of technology, logistics, finance, commerce, information and other services to industry, and take a new road of industrialization in which the service industry and industry converge, promote each other, and develop together.The service-oriented manufacturing model, as a mode adapted to the new industrialization road, must be studied in order to guide the development of the manufacturing enterprises in China with the help of this new model.As a new type of manufacturing system, service-oriented manufacturing system is faced with the problem of system function and system function goal decision in its design, renewal, reengineering and improvement.The related problems of service manufacturing system need to be solved urgently.In this paper, the concept, structure and function of the service-oriented manufacturing system are explained, and the influencing factors and the mechanism of the function goal of the service-oriented manufacturing system are studied by the method of system dynamics.Based on the composite QFD theory including AHP Triz and other ideas, a method for determining the priority of functional targets in service manufacturing systems is established, and the priority sequence and priority of functional targets are given.To establish the supporting decision system of the function goal of the service manufacturing system and to provide the technical support and application reference for the service manufacturing enterprise, and finally to make the function goal of the system carry out smoothly;Finally, this paper proposes a functional target carrier to support and ensure the smooth progress of the target.The operating system of any organization determines its competitive advantage, and the system function determines whether the products or services provided by the enterprise can meet the needs of the users.The functional objectives of the system must also be considered from customer, competitive advantage and enterprise itself.In this paper, the priority sequences of various functional objectives under various influencing factors are given, and the optimal scheme is obtained by synthetically selecting several decision schemes based on the weight of the priority sequence.At the same time, the structural carrier and unstructured carrier which support the implementation of the target have some guidance and reference significance for the function goal formulation and realization of the service-oriented manufacturing system.
