【摘要】：潘家錚是新中國水利建設(shè)領(lǐng)域杰出代表人物,是新中國第一代水利專家,對新中國成立以來水利建設(shè)事業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)突出。在水電工程領(lǐng)域提出諸多創(chuàng)新性理論,在中國水生態(tài)平衡問題上有著深刻思考與貢獻(xiàn)。潘家錚從事水利工程建設(shè)情況側(cè)面反映了新中國成立以來水利建設(shè)取得的成就,同時映射出新中國水利建設(shè)存在的問題和不足。通過對潘家錚水利活動的研究,我們可以對新中國水利建設(shè)整體情況有深刻的了解與思考,在總結(jié)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時,更應(yīng)對水利建設(shè)與自然人文生態(tài)之間的互動關(guān)系進(jìn)行反思與研究。
[Abstract]:Pan Jiazheng is an outstanding representative figure in the field of water conservancy construction in New China and the first generation of water conservancy experts in New China, who has made outstanding contributions to the construction of water conservancy since the founding of the people's Republic of China.In the field of hydropower engineering, many innovative theories have been put forward, which have made profound thinking and contribution to the issue of water ecological balance in China.Pan Jiazheng's construction of water conservancy projects reflects the achievements of water conservancy construction since the founding of New China, and at the same time reflects the problems and shortcomings of water conservancy construction in New China.Through the study of Pan Jiazheng's water conservancy activities, we can have a profound understanding and reflection on the overall situation of water conservancy construction in New China, and at the same time sum up the successful experiences.The interaction between water conservancy construction and natural human ecology should be reflected on and studied.
