【摘要】：近年來，隨著我國經(jīng)濟不斷與世界經(jīng)濟融為一體，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展在各個領域都取得了長足進步。我國石油化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展也取得了令人矚目的進步。幾家大型石油化工企業(yè)集團迅速成長壯大，成為國民經(jīng)濟的支柱。他們一方面擔負起保障國計民生的重任，另一方面也積極參與國際市場的競爭，，尤其是近幾年來，以中石化、中石油為代表的大型石化企業(yè)已經(jīng)逐步成長為國際能源市場的主要參與者。但是擺在這些企業(yè)面前的是不斷變化的國際市場、日益激烈的內(nèi)外部競爭、國際原油市場持續(xù)劇烈波動，國內(nèi)成品油價格與原油價格倒掛、以及國家對國內(nèi)汽、柴、煤等主要石油產(chǎn)品的嚴格管控，價格形成機制尚未成熟。這些因素使得這些企業(yè)集團迫切需要盡快改變現(xiàn)有經(jīng)營理念，提升企業(yè)管理水平、降本增效，增強企業(yè)競爭力。 企業(yè)資源計劃（ERP）在國外石化行業(yè)企業(yè)早已得到了成熟的應用，是外國企業(yè)提高競爭力的有效途徑之一。我國石化企業(yè)也應積極推動實現(xiàn)ERP在行業(yè)內(nèi)的廣泛應用。ERP的實施對企業(yè)的影響是全方位的，石化企業(yè)在組織形式上非常復雜，生產(chǎn)形式特殊，其實施ERP的方法必然也與其它行業(yè)的企業(yè)有很大的不同。 本文綜合ERP有關研究理論，對特定企業(yè)福建聯(lián)合石油化工有限公司ERP實施的案例進行研究，歸納了石化行業(yè)ERP實施的特點。通過對福建聯(lián)合石化ERP項目實施過程及現(xiàn)狀進行分析，對該企業(yè)ERP實施后的情況進行了評價，并總結(jié)了該企業(yè)ERP實施后的優(yōu)勢及不足，提出了該企業(yè)信息化建設的對策建議，使企業(yè)能夠充分分析自身特點，采用適應自己的ERP項目實施模式以及ERP上線運行模式。希望本文的研究能夠?qū)β?lián)合石化以及相關的石化企業(yè)起到一定參考作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous integration of China's economy with the world economy, economic development has made great progress in all fields.The development of petrochemical industry in China has also made remarkable progress.Several large petrochemical enterprise groups have grown rapidly and become pillars of the national economy.On the one hand, they shoulder the responsibility of safeguarding the national economy and the people's livelihood, on the other hand, they also actively participate in the competition in the international market, especially in recent years, with Sinopec.PetroChina as a representative of the large petrochemical enterprises have gradually become the main participants in the international energy market.But in front of these enterprises are the ever-changing international market, the increasingly fierce internal and external competition, the continuous fierce fluctuations in the international crude oil market, the inverted linkage between domestic refined oil prices and crude oil prices, as well as the state's view of domestic steam and firewood.Coal and other major petroleum products strict control, price formation mechanism is not yet mature.These factors make it urgent for these enterprise groups to change the existing management concept as soon as possible, improve the level of enterprise management, reduce the cost and increase efficiency, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has been used in foreign petrochemical industry for a long time and is one of the effective ways for foreign enterprises to improve their competitiveness.China's petrochemical enterprises should also actively promote the implementation of the wide application of ERP in the industry. The impact on the enterprises is all-around. The petrochemical enterprises are very complex in organizational form and special in production form.Its method of implementing ERP must also be very different from other industry enterprises.Based on the theory of ERP, this paper makes a case study on the implementation of ERP in Fujian Union Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and summarizes the characteristics of ERP implementation in petrochemical industry.Based on the analysis of the implementation process and present situation of the ERP project in Fujian Union Petrochemical Company, this paper evaluates the situation of the enterprise after the implementation of ERP, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise after the implementation of ERP, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the information construction of the enterprise.So that enterprises can fully analyze their own characteristics, adopt their own ERP project implementation mode and ERP online operation mode.It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for United Petrochemical and related petrochemical enterprises.
