【摘要】：加拿大是世界上最重要的礦業(yè)國家之一,其礦業(yè)運行模式獨具特色。本文從礦產(chǎn)資源、資產(chǎn)、資本的角度,對加拿大政府和市場在三資轉(zhuǎn)化中的作用進行了分析,探討了加拿大礦業(yè)企業(yè)在三資轉(zhuǎn)化中的地位,初步刻畫了加拿大礦業(yè)的運行模式�？傮w來看,加拿大政府重視地質(zhì)調(diào)查工作是促進資源顯化的基礎(chǔ),初級勘查公司經(jīng)營大量資源性資產(chǎn)實現(xiàn)了資源性資產(chǎn)的增值,發(fā)達的資本市場吸引全球礦業(yè)資本為資源資產(chǎn)資本的轉(zhuǎn)化提供驅(qū)動力,健全完善的礦業(yè)制度規(guī)則為資源資產(chǎn)資本的轉(zhuǎn)化提供了制度保障。
[Abstract]:Canada is one of the most important mining countries in the world, and its mining operation mode is unique. This paper analyzes the role of Canadian government and market in the transformation of three capital from the perspective of mineral resources, assets and capital. This paper probes into the position of Canadian mining enterprises in the transformation of the three capital, and preliminarily depicts the operation mode of the Canadian mining industry. In general, the Canadian government attaches importance to the geological survey work as the basis for promoting the manifestation of resources. Primary exploration companies operate a large number of resource assets and realize the appreciation of resource assets. The developed capital markets attract global mining capital to provide a driving force for the transformation of resource assets capital. Perfect mining system rules provide institutional guarantee for the transformation of resource assets and capital.
