【摘要】:目前,延長石油集團(tuán)已經(jīng)開展的勘探開發(fā)涉及的范圍廣、地域跨度大,在2007年已經(jīng)成功跨入國家千萬噸級大油氣田行列。但是經(jīng)過100多年的勘探開發(fā),勘探開發(fā)地質(zhì)對象日趨復(fù)雜,勘探開發(fā)難度不斷加大,資源結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)量結(jié)構(gòu)和投入產(chǎn)出等矛盾日益突出。從世界石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)步來看,要破解這些難題,必須依賴于信息技術(shù),信息技術(shù)已成為推動石油工業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的重要的內(nèi)在動力。為此,本文重點研究了勘探開發(fā)信息化平臺建設(shè),建立科學(xué)、有效的綜合管理信息平臺,對提高勘探生產(chǎn)和運行效率具有重要意義。 本文以延長油氣田勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)為研究對象,,結(jié)合延長石油集團(tuán)勘探開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以SOA理念為核心,兼顧未來“云計算”發(fā)展模式,確定系統(tǒng)總體建設(shè)架構(gòu),依據(jù)具體建設(shè)架構(gòu)對勘探開發(fā)信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)進(jìn)行基本規(guī)劃,將信息化建設(shè)劃分為十二個工程項目,用來指導(dǎo)信息化持續(xù)建設(shè)的業(yè)務(wù)方向。分析研究十二個工程項目的建設(shè),明確提出各工程項目的建設(shè)目標(biāo)及內(nèi)容,并對各子項目的實施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計。最后分析、評估了實施勘探開發(fā)信息化建設(shè)中可能存在的風(fēng)險和預(yù)期的應(yīng)用效益,以便使實施過程中能夠提前采取正確的應(yīng)對和防范措施,從而規(guī)避風(fēng)險;同時評估預(yù)期應(yīng)用效果,使信息化建設(shè)方案滾動完善,持續(xù)優(yōu)化提升,能夠更符合實際情況和發(fā)展要求。 實際投入應(yīng)用,應(yīng)用效果良好,勘探開發(fā)信息化建設(shè)能夠安全、高效地管理延長油田的所有勘探開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)資源,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享,使數(shù)據(jù)資源的使用價值大大提高;同時能夠建立可以適應(yīng)各級業(yè)務(wù)管理的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),從而有效支撐業(yè)務(wù)的精細(xì)化管理和優(yōu)化運行。
[Abstract]:At present, Yanchang Petroleum Group has carried out a wide range of exploration and development, the region span is large, in 2007 has successfully entered the country's million tons of large oil and gas fields.But after more than 100 years of exploration and development, the geological objects of exploration and development are becoming more and more complex, the difficulty of exploration and development is increasing, and the contradictions of resource structure, output structure and input and output are becoming increasingly prominent.In view of the progress of oil and gas exploration and development technology in the world, to solve these problems, we must rely on information technology, which has become an important internal power to promote the rapid development of petroleum industry.Therefore, this paper focuses on the construction of information platform for exploration and development and the establishment of a scientific and effective comprehensive management information platform, which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of exploration and production.This paper takes Yanchang oil and gas field exploration and development business as the research object, combined with the present situation of Yanchang oil group's exploration and development business, taking the SOA concept as the core, taking into account the future "cloud computing" development model, and determining the overall construction framework of the system.According to the concrete construction framework, this paper plans the construction of the information system of exploration and development, and divides the information construction into 12 projects, which can be used to guide the business direction of the information sustainable construction.This paper analyzes and studies the construction of 12 engineering projects, puts forward the construction objectives and contents of each project, and designs the implementation of each sub-project in detail.Finally, the paper evaluates the possible risks and expected application benefits in the implementation of exploration and development information construction, so that the correct countermeasures and preventive measures can be taken in the process of implementation in order to avoid the risks.At the same time, the expected application effect can be evaluated, so that the information construction scheme can be improved and continuously optimized, which can meet the actual situation and development requirements.The information construction of exploration and development can safely and efficiently manage all exploration and development data resources in Yanchang Oilfield, realize data sharing, and greatly improve the use value of data resources.At the same time, it can set up the application system which can adapt to all levels of business management, so as to effectively support the fine management and optimal operation of the business.
