【摘要】：世界石油合同存在多種模式,油氣資源國(guó)在合同模式采用上存在較大差別。從實(shí)質(zhì)來(lái)看,石油合同是一種制度,其模式差異及其變化屬于制度構(gòu)建范疇,并且這種制度構(gòu)建是內(nèi)生的。從誘致型制度變遷角度考察世界石油合同,有助于深入理解不同油氣資源國(guó)采取不同合同模式的內(nèi)在成因,更有成效地與相應(yīng)油氣資源國(guó)進(jìn)行合作。
[Abstract]:There are a variety of patterns of the world oil contracts, there are big differences in the contract model with oil and gas resources in the country. In essence, the petroleum contract is a kind of system, the pattern of differences and changes of system construction belongs to the category, and the construction of the system is endogenous. The influences of the world petroleum contract from the induced institutional change perspective, help understanding the internal causes of different oil and gas resources in the country to adopt different contract modes, to cooperate more effectively with the corresponding oil and gas resources in the country.
