【摘要】:在機(jī)會(huì)稍縱即逝的消費(fèi)電子市場(chǎng),電子產(chǎn)業(yè)中的每一家企業(yè)都把擁有符合企業(yè)本身發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀供應(yīng)鏈視為關(guān)系到企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的頭等大事。 本文針對(duì)電子產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和電子元器件代理商的特點(diǎn),選擇從電子元器件代理商的庫存優(yōu)化入手,以點(diǎn)帶面的研究國內(nèi)的電子產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境下的供應(yīng)鏈特點(diǎn),,并探討如何使用先進(jìn)庫庫存管理理論對(duì)電子元器件代理商的供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 根據(jù)SCOR模型中的第一層績(jī)效指標(biāo)對(duì)YS公司的供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)估。在對(duì)YS公司的績(jī)效與上市公司的各項(xiàng)運(yùn)作績(jī)效指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比后找到Y(jié)S公司的供應(yīng)鏈中存在的不足之處進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。并根據(jù)分析出來的不足之處,針對(duì)性的使用庫存管理理論對(duì)YS公司的庫存問題進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步梳理和診斷,提出采用供應(yīng)商庫存和市場(chǎng)預(yù)測(cè)的方法解決YS公司庫存中存在的問題。在不增加YS的庫存水平基礎(chǔ)上,解決現(xiàn)有庫存問題,加強(qiáng)對(duì)客戶的需求管理,幫助YS公司取得同行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文對(duì)YS公司的供應(yīng)鏈效率提高進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)電子元器件代理商的所處的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合電子元器件代理的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),總結(jié)出YS公司的庫存優(yōu)化策略。將供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化思路從庫存管理的角度滲透到業(yè)務(wù)流程中,使得提出的優(yōu)化方案具有操作性。不僅對(duì)YS公司的效益提升有意義,還給同類型的企業(yè)提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:In the consumer electronics market where opportunities are fleeting, every enterprise in the electronics industry regards the existence and development of an excellent supply chain in line with the development of the enterprise itself as the most important matter of concern to the survival and development of the enterprise. In view of the electronic industry environment and the characteristics of electronic component agents, this paper chooses to study the supply chain characteristics in the domestic electronic industry environment from the perspective of the inventory optimization of electronic component agents. This paper also discusses how to optimize the supply chain of electronic component agents by using advanced warehouse inventory management theory. The supply chain performance of YS company is evaluated according to the first performance index in SCOR model. After comparing the performance of YS company with that of listed company, it is found that YS company's supply chain exists. The shortcomings are summarized and summarized. And according to the analysis of the deficiencies, Aiming at using inventory management theory to further sort out and diagnose the inventory problems of YS Company, this paper puts forward the method of using supplier inventory and market forecast to solve the problems existing in YS company's inventory, on the basis of not increasing the stock level of YS. Solve existing inventory problems, strengthen customer demand management, and help YS to gain competitive advantage in the same industry. In this paper, the supply chain efficiency of YS Company is analyzed. According to the industry characteristics of electronic component agent, combined with the development of electronic component agent, The inventory optimization strategy of YS Company is summarized. The optimization idea of supply chain is infiltrated into the business process from the perspective of inventory management, which makes the proposed optimization scheme operational. It is not only meaningful to enhance the benefit of YS Company, but also to improve the efficiency of YS Company. It also provides some reference for the same type of enterprises.
