【摘要】：筆記本電腦的市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)率越來(lái)越快,筆記本電腦在生產(chǎn)制造及銷售的過(guò)程中伴隨著物流活動(dòng)的發(fā)生,從運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)、裝卸搬運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)、組裝環(huán)節(jié)、包裝環(huán)節(jié)到存儲(chǔ)和信息處理環(huán)節(jié),每個(gè)物流環(huán)節(jié)都會(huì)對(duì)自然生態(tài)環(huán)境和人類社會(huì)都產(chǎn)生廣泛的影響。因此,系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)和定量地對(duì)筆記本電腦生產(chǎn)商物流產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境影響進(jìn)行研究是十分必要的。 本文的研究目標(biāo)是了解筆記本電腦生產(chǎn)商物流產(chǎn)生污染物的來(lái)源和大小,確定造成環(huán)境影響的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和因素,從而明確減排調(diào)控的方向,減少筆記本電腦生產(chǎn)商物流產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境污染。本文在系統(tǒng)回顧環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以我國(guó)H企業(yè)為例,對(duì)運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)、裝卸搬運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)、組裝環(huán)節(jié)、包裝環(huán)節(jié)、存儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)和信息處理環(huán)節(jié)涉及的能源消耗和污染物排放等進(jìn)行了清單分析,構(gòu)建了環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)模型,并從各個(gè)物流環(huán)節(jié)角度分析如何降低環(huán)境影響。 主要成果和結(jié)論如下：(1)筆記本電腦生產(chǎn)商物流產(chǎn)生的污染物中,C02所占比例最大,而且C02的主要排放源是運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)和包裝環(huán)節(jié)。(2)比較運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)、裝卸搬運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)、組裝環(huán)節(jié)、包裝環(huán)節(jié)、存儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)和信息處理環(huán)節(jié)的環(huán)境影響潛力可知,全球變暖潛力和光化學(xué)煙霧潛力在運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)最大；富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化潛力和酸化潛力在包裝環(huán)節(jié)最大。
[Abstract]:The market growth rate of notebook computers is growing faster and faster. During the production, manufacture and sale of notebook computers, logistics activities occur, ranging from transportation, loading and unloading, assembly, packaging to storage and information processing. Each logistics link will have a wide impact on the natural ecological environment and human society. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically, scientifically and quantitatively study the environmental impact of notebook computer manufacturer logistics. The research goal of this paper is to understand the source and size of the pollutants produced by notebook computer manufacturers' logistics, to determine the key links and factors that cause environmental impact, and to clarify the direction of emission reduction regulation. Based on a systematic review of the current situation of domestic and international research on environmental impact assessment, this paper takes H enterprise in China as an example to analyze the transportation, loading and unloading, assembly, etc. The energy consumption and pollutant emission involved in packaging link, storage link and information processing link were analyzed, and the environmental impact assessment model was constructed. How to reduce the environmental impact was analyzed from the point of view of each logistics link. The main results and conclusions are as follows: (1) Notebook manufacturers account for the largest proportion of pollutants produced by logistics, and the main emission sources of C02 are transport links and packaging links. 2) compare transport links, loading and unloading links, and assembly links. The environmental impact potential of packaging link, storage link and information processing link shows that the potential of global warming and photochemical smog is the largest in transportation, and the potential of eutrophication and acidification is the greatest in packaging.
