【摘要】:本文通過對戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論的回顧和應(yīng)用,結(jié)合普天法爾勝光通信有限公司的內(nèi)外環(huán)境和現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,提出了普天法爾勝光通信有限公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,并對其執(zhí)行和控制進(jìn)行了簡要概述。本文認(rèn)為,產(chǎn)業(yè)周期理論、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論以及邁克爾·波特的競爭力模型和競爭理論是指導(dǎo)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定的基礎(chǔ)理論,由此與之類似或由此派生出的各個(gè)學(xué)派所持觀點(diǎn)沒有互斥性,適用于不同階段、不同經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下的不同類型的企業(yè)。 普天法爾勝光通信有限公司所處的光纖光纜行業(yè)仍然處于成長期,它是中國普天與法爾勝戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的結(jié)晶,也是兩個(gè)企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)光纖光纜事業(yè)的集中體現(xiàn)。普天法爾勝光通信有限公司實(shí)施進(jìn)攻型的戰(zhàn)略,以整合后的市場優(yōu)勢和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈優(yōu)勢應(yīng)對市場競爭,并通過培育規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)、推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品多樣化、實(shí)施成本戰(zhàn)略等方式強(qiáng)化企業(yè)競爭力。 普天法爾勝光通信有限公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃不僅具有層次性,也具有全面性,有集團(tuán)層面的指導(dǎo)性戰(zhàn)略,也有子公司的事業(yè)戰(zhàn)略以及各部門和條線的職能戰(zhàn)略,唯有通過這一系列戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行和控制,普天法爾勝光通信有限公司才能夠在激烈的競爭中勝出,實(shí)現(xiàn)長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 本文采用的主要研究方法有:調(diào)查法、觀察法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性分析法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法、描述性研究法等。
[Abstract]:Based on the review and application of the related theories of strategic management, combined with the internal and external environment and the actual situation of Putian Farr Shengguang Communication Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward the strategic plan of Putian Farr Shengguang Communication Co., Ltd. In this paper, the industrial cycle theory, strategic alliance theory, Michael Porter's competitiveness model and competition theory are considered as the basic theories to guide the enterprise strategy making. The different schools of thought which are similar to or derived from this have no mutual exclusion and are suitable for different types of enterprises in different stages and different economic systems. The optical fiber and cable industry of Putian Far Shengguang Communication Co., Ltd. is still in its growing period. It is the crystallization of the strategic alliance between China's Putian and Falcon. It is also a concentrated embodiment of the two enterprises' efforts to make optical fiber and cable bigger and stronger. Putian Farr Shengguang Communications Co., Ltd. implements an offensive strategy to cope with market competition with integrated market advantages and industrial chain advantages, and through fostering economies of scale, Promote product diversification, implementation of cost strategy and other ways to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises. The strategic planning of Putian Far Shengguang Communication Co., Ltd. is not only hierarchical, but also comprehensive. It has a guiding strategy at the group level, a subsidiary business strategy and a functional strategy for various departments and lines. Only through the execution and control of this series of strategies can Putian Farr Shengguang Communications Co., Ltd. win in the fierce competition and realize the long-term strategic goal. The main research methods used in this paper are: investigation method, observation method, literature research method, qualitative analysis method, experience summary method, descriptive research method and so on.
