【摘要】:建筑設(shè)計,伴隨著新中國的成立和發(fā)展,一直是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要行業(yè)之一,建筑業(yè)是支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè),,建筑設(shè)計為建筑業(yè)服務(wù),也是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。 WTO組織的加入,將競爭市場擴(kuò)充到全球;PM2.5的世界關(guān)注,如何做到環(huán)保、節(jié)能,是設(shè)計企業(yè)必須面對和要及時解決的問題;2012年我國將重點支持創(chuàng)新型、勞動密集型、創(chuàng)業(yè)型中小企業(yè)特別是小型微型企業(yè)發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)應(yīng)借助利好的政策優(yōu)勢,制定合理的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,幫助企業(yè)健康成長。 本文首先介紹了現(xiàn)有國家政策、法律、法規(guī)對設(shè)計行業(yè)的影響,分析了建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了行業(yè)發(fā)展目前仍存在的問題,運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論以及PEST分析、五力模型分析和SWOT分析等工具,對QS建筑設(shè)計公司的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并對國內(nèi)設(shè)計行業(yè)的市場化競爭進(jìn)行了實證研究。無論從QS公司所面臨的競爭環(huán)境還是從公司自身發(fā)展需要來看,都需要制定一個適合其發(fā)展的良好戰(zhàn)略來加快企業(yè)的成長發(fā)展。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納了QS建筑設(shè)計公司自身的優(yōu)勢及劣勢,結(jié)合行業(yè)政策和中小企業(yè)有利政策,分析了適合QS建筑設(shè)計公司當(dāng)前情況的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方向、核心競爭力,制定出公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,包括企業(yè)愿景、未來5年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、一般競爭戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略實施步驟和戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行要點等。 期望QS建筑設(shè)計公司通過樹立企業(yè)品牌、打造明星產(chǎn)品、穩(wěn)定核心團(tuán)隊等方法,形成競爭優(yōu)勢,合理配置有限資源,促進(jìn)小企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Architectural design, with the establishment and development of new China, has been one of the important industries of national economic construction. Construction industry is a pillar industry, architectural design for the construction industry, is also an important part of the national economy. With the entry of WTO, the competition market will be expanded to the world of PM2.5. How to achieve environmental protection and energy saving is the problem that design enterprises must face and solve in time. In 2012, our country will focus on supporting innovation, labor intensive, and so on. The small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises, should benefit from the favorable policy advantages, and make a reasonable enterprise strategy to help them grow healthily. This paper first introduces the influence of the existing national policies, laws and regulations on the design industry, analyzes the development history and present situation of the construction industry, summarizes the existing problems in the development of the industry, and applies the theory of enterprise strategy and the analysis of PEST. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of QS architectural design company with the tools of five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis. The paper also makes an empirical study on the market competition in the domestic design industry. Whether from the competitive environment faced by QS companies or from the needs of the company's own development, Both need to make a good strategy for its development to accelerate the growth and development of enterprises. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of QS Architectural Design Company are summarized. Combined with the industry policy and the favorable policy for small and medium-sized enterprises, the strategic direction and core competitiveness of QS Architectural Design Company are analyzed. Formulate the overall development strategy of the company, including corporate vision, strategic objectives for the next five years, general competition strategy, strategy implementation steps and key points of strategy implementation. It is expected that QS Architectural Design Company can form competitive advantage, reasonably allocate limited resources and promote the healthy and sustainable development of small enterprises by establishing enterprise brand, building star products, stabilizing core team and so on.
