【摘要】：電力施工企業(yè)由于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量形成過程復(fù)雜、質(zhì)量影響因素較多、涉及面廣等特點(diǎn)，使得電力工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理和控制比一般工程質(zhì)量管理更加困難。一套合理高效的質(zhì)量管理體系能夠幫助企業(yè)優(yōu)化管理流程，規(guī)范管理模式，降低施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，強(qiáng)化施工控制，并且能夠通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的制度體系幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)權(quán)責(zé)分明、職工責(zé)任感充實(shí)等效果，，從整體上提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力。建立完善的電力工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系并保持良好運(yùn)行，成為優(yōu)化電力施工企業(yè)競爭環(huán)境及促進(jìn)電力施工企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。 論文闡述了質(zhì)量管理體系的理論，指出了建立完善的質(zhì)量管理體系在電力施工企業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要意義。在分析吉林某輸變電工程有限公司公司運(yùn)行及項(xiàng)目管理工作中問題的基礎(chǔ)上，通過對于A公司的自身特點(diǎn)的研究以及對企業(yè)內(nèi)部的有關(guān)質(zhì)量管理體系實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查，提出了一套符合電力施工企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量管理體系的建設(shè)思路，設(shè)計(jì)了該企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系實(shí)施的重要方法和工作重點(diǎn)。并按照質(zhì)量體系的策劃與設(shè)計(jì)、體系文件的編制、體系的試運(yùn)行、體系的審核與評審等流程，對A公司的質(zhì)量管理體系建立過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。論文中的研究內(nèi)容為電力施工企業(yè)的管理創(chuàng)新及質(zhì)量管理體系建設(shè)提供了有益的理論探索和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 由于個(gè)人精力和時(shí)間，以及理論和技術(shù)的知識有限，論文中提出的體系設(shè)計(jì)肯定存在需要完善的地方。本文對于電力建設(shè)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系建設(shè)的研究，希望能對相關(guān)領(lǐng)域企業(yè)的建設(shè)提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Electric power construction enterprises are characterized by complex process of project quality formation, many factors affecting quality, and a wide range of aspects. A set of reasonable and efficient quality management system can help enterprises optimize management process, standardize management mode, reduce construction risk and strengthen construction control. And can help enterprises achieve the effects of clearly defining their rights and responsibilities and enriching their sense of responsibility through a standardized system. It is an important content to optimize the competitive environment of electric power construction enterprises and to promote the sustainable development of electric power construction enterprises. The paper expounds the theory of quality management system, This paper points out the importance of establishing a perfect quality management system in the development of electric power construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the problems in the operation and project management of a power transmission and transformation engineering limited company in Jilin province, the paper points out the importance of establishing a perfect quality management system in the development of power construction enterprises. Based on the study of the characteristics of Company A and the investigation of the implementation of the relevant quality management system within the enterprise, the paper puts forward a set of ideas for the construction of the quality management system in line with the characteristics of the electric power construction enterprise. The important methods and key points of the implementation of the enterprise quality management system are designed. According to the process of planning and designing the quality system, compiling the system documents, the trial running of the system, the audit and evaluation of the system, etc. The establishment process of quality management system of company A is introduced in detail. The research contents in this paper provide beneficial theoretical exploration and practical experience for management innovation and quality management system construction of electric power construction enterprises. Due to the limited personal energy and time, as well as the limited knowledge of theory and technology, the system design proposed in this paper definitely needs to be improved. Hope to provide some reference for the construction of enterprises in related fields.
