【摘要】:優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化已成為企業(yè)展示企業(yè)形象、凝聚員工人心和力量、贏得競爭優(yōu)勢的重要元素,因而企業(yè)文化建設(shè)受到了包括廣大民營企業(yè)在內(nèi)的我國企業(yè)的廣泛重視。本文以寧波PQ電器集團(tuán)公司為例,對寧波PQ電器集團(tuán)公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)與優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了深入的研究。寧波PQ電器集團(tuán)公司作為我國知名家電民營企業(yè),非常重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè),企業(yè)已經(jīng)建立并不斷完善員工的培訓(xùn)和待遇,科學(xué)先進(jìn)的員工管理體系為PQ集團(tuán)公司留下了大量的優(yōu)秀人才,同時PQ集團(tuán)公司也開展了一系列企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)和培育工作,這一系列的措施不但加強(qiáng)了公司技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心力量與企業(yè)管理能力,更提高了企業(yè)的市場競爭力,促進(jìn)了企業(yè)發(fā)展。但由于主客觀等方面的原因,寧波PQ電器集團(tuán)公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)也還存在著企業(yè)文化建設(shè)與公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)系的緊密度不夠,企業(yè)仍然缺乏一套可行的高效的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)運(yùn)行機(jī)制,企業(yè)缺乏領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶頭和密切參與的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)組織,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)水平提升緩慢以及員工參與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的參與度低等問題,這些問題的存在,不僅影響集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的效果,而且會影響集團(tuán)的持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。 為此,,本文認(rèn)為寧波PQ電器集團(tuán)公司應(yīng)進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識,從企業(yè)精神文化、制度文化、物質(zhì)文化三方面對公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過上述措施,逐步提升企業(yè)文化的影響和作用,以提升企業(yè)管理水平,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Excellent corporate culture has become an important element for an enterprise to display its image, to rally the hearts and powers of its employees, and to win its competitive advantage. Therefore, the construction of corporate culture has received extensive attention from Chinese enterprises, including the vast number of private enterprises. This paper takes Ningbo PQ Electrical Appliance Group Company as an example. The enterprise culture construction and optimization of Ningbo PQ Electrical Appliances Group Co., Ltd. is deeply studied. As a well-known private enterprise in China, Ningbo PQ Electrical Appliances Group Company attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise culture. Enterprises have established and continuously improved the training and treatment of employees, scientific and advanced staff management system has left a large number of outstanding personnel for PQ Group Company, at the same time, PQ Group Company has also carried out a series of construction and cultivation of corporate culture. This series of measures not only strengthens the core strength of the company's technical team and the management ability of the enterprise, but also enhances the market competitiveness of the enterprise and promotes the development of the enterprise. However, due to subjective and objective reasons and other reasons, The enterprise culture construction of Ningbo PQ Electrical Appliances Group Company also has not enough closeness between the enterprise culture construction and the company's development strategy, and the enterprise still lacks a set of feasible and efficient operation mechanism of enterprise culture construction. Enterprises lack leadership to take the lead and closely participate in the construction of corporate culture, the level of corporate culture construction is slow to improve and the participation of employees in the construction of corporate culture is low, and these problems exist. It not only affects the effect of corporate culture construction, but also affects the sustainable, healthy and stable development of the group. Therefore, this paper holds that Ningbo PQ Electrical Appliance Group Company should further unify its understanding and optimize the corporate culture construction from three aspects: enterprise spirit culture, system culture and material culture. Promote the influence and function of enterprise culture step by step to improve the level of enterprise management and promote the sustainable development of enterprise.
